I started my plumbing career at 17. I’ve had the opportunity to work with top plumbing companies in the country. My eagerness to learn has always driven me to improve. I knew I would eventually own my own business. After years of contemplation, I finally took the plunge. When the pandemic hit in 2020, I found myself stranded in South America during a backpacking trip. That’s when I resolved to take action. While in Peru, I signed up for my courses and ordered my books. Upon returning home, I dedicated myself to studying, passed my exams, and achieved my goal. I’m excited to grow my business in the city where I was born, offering the same dedication and quality I learned from my mentors. I understand that challenges will arise; that’s the nature of business. Mistakes will happen, and I will learn from each one. Jacob B.I had originally requested a service call for Wednesday, but they had availability on Monday, the day I called. Vernon came out and assessed the problem, gave me an estimate and returned on Wednesday. He and his helper got here as scheduled, and completed the job in a timely fashion. They cleaned up the work area before they left and I was very impressed with the work and politeness of the guys. I have a couple more small things that need to be done and I will definitely call this company again and if possible, I will request Vernon as my technician! Thanks again

Brad was able to repair our water heater same day and get hot water flowing into our home. I would highly recommend The Drain Daddy and will be using The Drain Daddy for any future plumbing needs.

George G.UNRELIABLE SERVICE AND POOR COMMUNICATION Unfortunately, my experience with """"The Drain Daddy"""" was highly disappointing.They did not deliver the services as promised and even started avoiding our calls. we were forced to contact them using a different phone line. To make matters worse, they charged us $300.00 to pump out our septic tank and still failed to provide the service.They claimed they were waiting on the permit( as of the writing of this review it has been 4 weeks). When we contacted the health department they informed us no permit had been applied for at our address.We have not been contacted by Brad or anyone in management to explain their actions. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable plumbing company. T.J. nelson
