This is my second time using Drain Daddy. They are ALWAYS honest and fair with their work. Very professional but with great banter !! I have never felt as though they are trying to rip me off or not being honest about what work needs to be done . Their prices are fair and reasonable especially for a single mother as myself. When you call they accommodate you for times have never been late. Leo and Airimos did a great job today ... in and out job. Even took the time to show me what the issue was to look for it next time. Don't hesitate to call these guys !!

We contacted the Drain Daddy for a small water leak and discovered our house had severely degraded copper pipes (common in FL homes built in the 90's). Brad was patient and showed us where our pipes were leaking and had leaked previously. It was only a matter of timing before we suffered a serious failure that would have meant costly repairs and potential major water damage. We chose to use Brad & his team for a full home repipe. His team was punctual, professional, and very experienced. They were in & out in a day & a half. They left minimal wall damage in need of repair. Overall, the experience was very positive & we recommend The Drain Daddy for all of your home or business plumbing needs!

Perhaps """"Deadbeat Daddy"""" would be more accurate. My partner and I had a busted spigot that led to no water pressure, no hot water, and no access to our washing machine. We requested a consultation, were assured we would receive a call on this day at this time... Nothing. We sent a message a few hours after that call was due and simply got """"Sorry"""" as a reply - no attempt to reschedule or otherwise resolve our issue. The price was hard to beat, so we tried again the following day. The pattern persisted: fake expectation set and unmet, no courtesy communication that he wouldn't be able to follow through. In the end, my partner watched some YouTube videos, went to Lowe's for parts, and fixed the issue himself. It's a good thing too because we might still be getting the ex-boyfriend treatment from this guy otherwise.

Had a leaky shower handle with a stripped set screw. Brad quickly responded to my request, was out on time and quickly resolved issue. Was great at showing me what happened and gave me great advice to prevent in the future. Great source of information and amazing price.
