I did not use them because they charge more than I wanted to pay. I wish they had taken the time to listen to my explanation over the phone and answer my questions about pricing. It would have saved their time and mine. But they wanted to see the situation in person, for which they charged me $30. Bottom line is this, once they were here they told me prices start at $289 to snake the line 25 feet or $550 to jet it. Since I had already snaked the line 25 feet the first option was worthless. After arguing for an option beyond 25 feet and cheaper than $550 they finally offered me a longer snake for $400. This is probably all industry standard stuff which is why I'm giving an average rating. However, I had another option that I was trying to avoid. Ultimately, I spent $80 for an attachment to my pressure washer and did the job myself. If you choose to use them they were polite and arrived when they said they would.

I've been using The Clog Dawg for several years now. The owner, Steve, has always been helpful and dependable. Today, Steve sent Paul Rouse. Paul was extremely professional, polite, bright and demonstrated a commitment to getting the job perfect. I was very happy with the work performed and look forward to having him back on the next plumbing job. Thank you Steve for sending such a quality plumber. He was able to fix some of the shoddy workmanship performed by previous plumbers. So glad we have everything correct and now can avoid a potential disaster in the future. I woke to a gurgling toilet and shower in the only working bathroom in the house because of remodel work. Coordinated with the owner of Clog Dawg to get a leak fixed at my bakery - ended up having to have them come back out to reseal as leak came back after a month or so (could have been issue on my end - who knows) but they were fast to respond/communicate and get someone back out there free of charge and the leak has yet to return (been 6 months now). Highly recommend with fair pricing, good communication, people of integrity at Clog Dawg

Very pleased with this company. We had all of the wax rings changed on our toilets bc they were all moving. This company had a fair price and arrived right when scheduled. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. We would definitely use them again.

One of my toilets clogs up outside business hours and it was nasty stuff all over my floor! What is one to do? Scream in terror - of course - and find a plumbing service willing to come over at some odd hour to deal with my family's """"crap"""" - literally. I decided to give The Clog Dawg a call because: 1. I wanted someone local. 2. I needed someone asap. I'm no Yoda, but I am proud to I say it was a wise decision. I spoke to Steven, who was very helpful and promised to have someone at my house within the next hour! Voilà! Fifty minutes later someone arrived at the house - yes, I timed every minute... wouldn't you? One knows every minute counts when you start mistaking the smell of fecal matter for French perfume. By the time I came to realize that the 'snake' the plumber had mentioned was no reptile, the work was done. BTW, the price charged was fair too. Definitely recommend.

I don't usually write reviews, but with the service I received today I am hoping my review will save someone's time and money. Our toilets kept clogging and we had to ask for help. The Clog Dawgs responded very quickly and came out to the house. Which was great! The representative that came recommended to change all 3 toilets in the home with no reasoning. Mind you 1 is brand new. The brand new toilet he said needed to change was because of the no good Costco brand. Gave a quote of $1500 for all three toilets and 2 hr fix time frame. I explained that I did not understand their reasoning and wanted more explanation and he said that there is not a good reasoning that toilets just go bad. I do not feel confident with the feedback. I have another company coming out to check the Vent.

Awesome service, fair pricing, nice guys. We had to replace our entire sewer line due to roots growing in our old cast iron pipes. Clog Dawg was helpful when other plumbers wouldn't show. They solved the problem quickly and did the work without issue. I will recommend them to everyone.
