Clogged toilet. Prompt same day service. Wanted $325 for the 15 minutes to snake toilet. I said no. Had another quote for $165-$225 they could not come till later that day. Told Kenny that I would wait for other plumber. Magically price went down to $225. Really $225 for 15 minutes I'm licensed aircraft mechanic only make $80 an hour. Greed is a terrible thing.

Found the Clog Dawg via Google search following an unfortunate incident involving an overflowing toilet and a stream of water rushing through our ceiling. They answered quickly and were willing to be at my house in just an hr or two. I actually requested that they come later and they were really flexible in accommodating my work schedule. When Kenny arrived, he explained what he would do, asked helpful questions and advised that I get the area inspected for water damage. He recommended a firm and offered to give them a call for me. They called me back in 5 minutes and came within 30-45 minutes. Kenny had already fixed the clog, but waited until the water damage experts came so that he could explain what he found, which was super helpful. He also explained what our insurance company would want to know and how he broke out the invoice to make it easy to be reimbursed by them. He also gave me a call back in a day or two just to see how everything was going with the water remediation. Above and beyond. Really made a stressful process much easier to handle. Thanks!

I have used Clog Dawg for a rental property, and have used them where I live. The last time I used them was for them to tell me if a plumber (friend) of mine had replumbed my rental property. Kenny came out and checked under the house and dicumented that no new plumbing had been installed. Took the Plumber(not my friend anymore) to court and with the document and estimate to replumb the house, I won my case. Thanks again guys. Y'all are great. Always recommend you. I will never use anyone but Clog Dawg. Kenny is great.

So I called this morning to get a quote. Gave me the price and I told him I'm calling for estimates. So about 15 minutes later I called back to make an appointment and apparently I've been blocked by him. I tried on my landline and it rang, on my cell I get a busy signal. I don't need that kind of BS, I can imagine he does the same if you have a problem with his work. Maybe not, but why risk it?

These guys are pretty good. I've had a couple of service calls & all work done to satisfaction. The owner is a very pleasant dude. On-time, communicative, knowledgeable & friendly. Prices could be more reasonable, as I had to veer away from you guys due to prices. All in all, I'd recommend them for any plumbing needs. So far, Ive had a clogged toilet issue, dish washer install, kitchen pipe leak, water heater replacement & water pressure valve replacement. All were urgent issues which were completed without any problems afterward. My comment to all plumbing services - reasonable prices along with quick & efficient service keeps happy customers returning again & again.

We highly recommend Clog Dawg! After we had Roto Rooter out several times for a backed up main line, we finally called Clog Dawg and they not only fixed it but we found that Roto Rooter actually messed up our line which is why it kept clogging. His prices are fair, he's trustworthy and timely.

I did not use them because they charge more than I wanted to pay. I wish they had taken the time to listen to my explanation over the phone and answer my questions about pricing. It would have saved their time and mine. But they wanted to see the situation in person, for which they charged me $30. Bottom line is this, once they were here they told me prices start at $289 to snake the line 25 feet or $550 to jet it. Since I had already snaked the line 25 feet the first option was worthless. After arguing for an option beyond 25 feet and cheaper than $550 they finally offered me a longer snake for $400. This is probably all industry standard stuff which is why I'm giving an average rating. However, I had another option that I was trying to avoid. Ultimately, I spent $80 for an attachment to my pressure washer and did the job myself. If you choose to use them they were polite and arrived when they said they would.

I've been using The Clog Dawg for several years now. The owner, Steve, has always been helpful and dependable. Today, Steve sent Paul Rouse. Paul was extremely professional, polite, bright and demonstrated a commitment to getting the job perfect. I was very happy with the work performed and look forward to having him back on the next plumbing job. Thank you Steve for sending such a quality plumber. He was able to fix some of the shoddy workmanship performed by previous plumbers. So glad we have everything correct and now can avoid a potential disaster in the future. I woke to a gurgling toilet and shower in the only working bathroom in the house because of remodel work. Called plumbers til I could get one to say the magic words """"can be there today"""" and clog dawg answered the call. Coordinated with the owner of Clog Dawg to get a leak fixed at my bakery - ended up having to have them come back out to reseal as leak came back after a month or so (could have been issue on my end - who knows) but they were fast to respond/communicate and get someone back out there free of charge and the leak has yet to return (been 6 months now). Highly recommend with fair pricing, good communication, people of integrity at Clog Dawg
