Called for repair on 36"" Jenn-Air Professional Range. Todd arrived on time. A year prior I was told the parts needed were very expensive and quoted $500 - $600 for the repair. Todd informed me that the Jenn-air stove was actually another brand of stove re-branded with the Jenn-air nameplate. Todd was able to get the parts for a lot less than the Jenn-air branded parts. Stove works great now! Todd's work was half the price of the other quote. Would highly recommend!

I hired Todd to fix a Scotsman stand alone ice maker that was not working when we bought our new home. After three visits, two valves (said the first valve was defective) and $160, the ice maker is still not working.

I only gave him a 2 star one for coming right away and the other for letting me know what was wrong.
If you don't mind doing the work yourself this is the guy to call.
He was to fix my washer, he found the problem said he needed to order the part asked for his fee $59.95 for showing up but never called or came back.
My husband called him to find out when he was coming back to fix it and was told he ordered the part and would call when it was in ( it's been a month) luckily He told me what was wrong so I googled it ordered the part on Amazon and 2 days later my husband put it in and fixed it.

So unless your a fix it person yourself don't use him!!

I called this guy about my refrigerator, he came by to see it (Prepared to fix it) i made sure to ask because he scheduled a week out and i didnt want to wait around for him to check it and have to wait another week or two for parts or what not. So he showed up and said the parts he brought were not the right ones and he had to order them. Its been a month now and I call and leave messages and he doesnt call back and when he finally doesnt recognize my number and answers he tells me the part is ""back ordered"" Dont waist your time, he does not comply!!!

Please, please, please do not have this man fix anything at your house because he probably most likely won't fix it and he just may break something else and cause your appliance to REALLY not work. Then ""Todd"" would never call back, lie, and ultimately never came back and here we sit with a washer/dryer stackable worse off than it was before he got his grubby fingers on it and broke it worse. BEWARE! Don't do it! You have been warned!

If there was a negative status for the review HE would definitely get it. When I spoke to him, he is a nice guy but his business practice is horrible. I needed my wine fridge to be fixed. I called him originally the first week of January. It took him twice to reschedule and then came by and he stated it was because he was swamped with calls. He stated he would get back to me if he could find parts and fix it. He never called back and I called him a few times and he finally answered and stated he needed to order parts and will get back to me. Well, Its been over 2 months now since that visit and still no call from him. I began by calling him every other day to every day and he has not returned my calls. I stopped calling him after over a month. I had left him messages on the calls and I even stated on them ""if you can't do it or can't get the parts at least return my calls and let me know."" and yet still I never got a return call from him. I had my mom call him and he called her back and she told him that i had been trying to get him and he stated he had been sick and that he does have all the parts for our fridge. Well that has been over a month ago and still not a call to me and tell me he has the parts and will be fixing it. It is now mid April and still not a call back or any word from him to me. I will NEVER recommend him to anybody.

This is literally the worst experience I have had trying to get an appliance repaired. All he did was unplug and plug my fridge back in. I called Todd after he left to tell him it was still broken and we played this back and forth game a few times until finally, he stopped returning my calls. The fridge remained broken and I needed to go through the manufacturer and 3 months later the thing was finally fixed. All I can say was Todd was an absolute waste of my time as he did nothing at all to help the situation. Seriously avoid him for any future needs.

This review is for Todd, The Best Appliance Guy in Los Osos. The ""Best Appliance Guy"" showed up on time for his appointment. When he arrived he determined that our job was a two man project. He said he would be back later that day with an assistant. He never called back or returned to finish the job... nor did he return our call inquiring about his return. We wasted a whole day waiting for him to return to finish a job he agreed to do.

I called the Best Appliance Guy Los Osos, as our washer needed repair. I left a message and Todd called me right back. We set an appointment, and he arrived on time. He is a very pleasant and knowledgeable guy and fixed the problem within half an hour. He also looked at our other appliances and provided his opinion on each. The cost was reasonable, the service prompt, and we will definitely use Todd again. From reading these reviews, it seems there may be another the Best Appliance Guy in the area, as some guy named Bob responded to some of the reviews. Todd was great with us.

A horrible experience. He took the money for the service charge and never returned with the part he was supposed to have ordered. Would not return calls. I finally called People's Choice on Friday, and they had the washer repaired by Monday. I have since found out that many people have had this experiments with Best Appliance. Do yourself a favor. Call someone else. I feel even a 1 star rating is too generous for him.
