Todd is a SCAM ARTIST!!! He collects your money then NEVER, EVER fixes anything!! I wish I had read the reviews before having come to our home and ""fix"" our ice maker!!!! Our appliance is a Samsung and Samsung referred him!!! He doesn't fix anything, doesn't give you a receipt, I asked for his mailing address as he tried to charge me a 2nd time for the same problem that he didn't fix the first time I paid him and he gave me a blank stare! He gave me a PO Box!! He in not capable of fixing anything! We have been having the EXACT problem you had! Paid him to fix an ice maker, it has never worked since, and have called him probably 20 times! He is a SCAMMER!!! I am calling the BBB tomorrow, Samsung (again for the 7th time as they referred him) and my bank. What a rip off! Worse experience ever!!!

I would not even give one star. PLEASE DO NOT CALL this company!! I have never given a bad review but I'm honestly trying to save others from getting ripped off. Paid money to have my dishwasher fixed and left and didn't work (rushed my check to the bank though ) called numerous times and flaked on appointment and never returned my 10 calls, which I was nice about. Please call someone else!

I don't know how this company can stay in business. I called them in January to repair a new Samsung dishwasher under warranty. I spoke to Todd to set up the service call. He never showed up! He never returned any of my calls. Samsung also called them and he wouldn't return their calls either. By the way, the Samsung dishwasher was defective. The latch didn't work and we would have to fight with it for 20 minutes to try to close it, but then it would leak all over the floor. I had to buy a Kenmore to replace it.

I liked Todd's voice so I chose him. Yes, the automated phone-answering system is a little annoying ---but when we finally got in touch ( had to call him back several times while relaying to husband at work) it was good communication.
He was very sweet with my complicated Chihuahua and fixed the fridge right up.
This is the second household emergency I've had in a month and it's so nice to meet service -people with a good attitude.

I had an appointment for 10 am. I called at 11 to make sure he was still coming when he had not shown up yet. He said he would be here in an hour. It is now 4pm and nothing and I have sat around all day waiting for a broken dryer to be repaired. I guess my time is not important. What a joke. Do yourself a favor and do not call this place. I should have known just by the phone skills

Called a day ahead and made apt for the following day between 10 and noon. At 12:15 I called to cancel. What a joke!
So, just for kicks, call and listen to the ""phony pretend to be technology advanced"" answering service. Ha. I never got a courtesy call saying ""I'm running late"" only the apology for not showing or calling. Serves me right.... Should have yelped prior to calling.

About six weeks ago our oven and broiler quit working so we gave this guy a call. He answered the phone, set an appoinment and showed up on time. The person I dealt with was Todd. He seemed like a reputable individual and was nice to boot. He diagnosed the problem as a bad ""controller"" and said he would order a new one for about $120. He charged around $60-65 for the visit. A week went by with no word from Todd. I called and left a voice mail for him. No callback in a week. I called again, no call back. My wife called and he answered. Said he had the part and would be by tomorrow to install. I met him the next day, he took apart the back of the stove only to discover that he had the wrong part. He put it back together and said he would put a ""rush"" on the reorder and he would have it by the following Tuesday. that was three weeks ago. No call, no show, not anything.
Definitely would not call or use this business for any reason ever again.

I made the mistake of believing that ""Todd"" knew what he was doing fixing my washer. He also seemed interested in my vintage radios, so I gave him one...valued at just below $100. Todd said my ""clothes washer motor"" was burned out and returned 10 days later, for warranty service on my ""Haier"" clothes washer. He stumbled, and fumbled, and the motor churned, but never took....until Todd said it too was burned out. I think Todd couldn't ""man-up"" since he didn't want to fail after my gesture.
Well, Todd won't answer the phone for me, Walmart, or Haier. I now exist in the twilight zone! ""Haier"" says they have to talk to Todd, ""walmart warranty"" says talk to ""Haier,"" ""walmart corporate"" says talk to ""walmart on-line"" since they sold it to me, and ""walmart on-line"" was just plain rude and said I bought it and it is past 3 months, so I can't return it and contact ""Haier!""
Good news, Haier has decided to replace the clothes washer!
BEWARE: I will not use, nor will I recommend Todd. I think Todd can fix some appliances, but when he can't fix it, he just shuts down and you never hear from him again.
