I highly recommend Eugene from The Art of Plumbing for any household plumbing need. He's punctual, practical, professional and efficient.
Our water softener filter broke, spewing millions of tiny fish egg size beads throughout our water pipes... a real nightmare. We were able to take care of most of the faucets and hot water heater on our own, but it blocked our middle bathroom shower & toilet, rendering them useless. Of course we'd picked the fancy dancy plumbing fixtures for our remodel and could've kicked ourselves for it!
Eugene took care of everything including a few other loose ends we tacked on once he got here.
We will keep his card and recommend him to anyone who needs a good, reliable plumber.

I was facing an emergency situation, a water pipe broke and all water was shut off in my house. Eugene was able to come within a few hours and dealt with the problem in a clean, efficient, and professional manner. The water was back on shortly and my family experienced a minimal amount of inconvenience from the incident. He even snapped pictures of the pipes and sent them to me later. He was a pleasure to deal with and I'm very happy to finally have a number of a reliable plumber.

When my old water heater started leaking last Friday evening (like it wasn't enough trouble already), I've called a number of local plumbing companies for an estimate and repair appointments. All have said that the heater is just old and needs to be replaced (I guessed that much for the 18-year old appliance). I choose The Art of Plumbing because Eugene's quote was a) very competitive and b) he was able to come in over the weekend to do the job! After about 3 hours I had a brand new water heater and a hot shower - Ahhhhh... Life is back to normal :)

We really enjoyed working with Eugene on our project as he is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Our contractor had Eugene install new plumbing for our kitchen and bathroom and he did a fabulous job. Even the city inspector was very impressed with his creative solution to a potentially problematic venting for our kitchen island and main sink. I called to inquire about getting a blockage cleared, and whomever answered the phone began the conversation with ""Yeah?"". I had to ask if this was The Art of Plumbing, and the response was....""Yeah"".

The balance of the conversation didn't get a lot better. Most of the answers were either grunts or monosyllabic responses, but I did manage to ascertain that they charged $150 per hour. That struck me as a pretty high rate to pay for grunts, so I went elsewhere.

Eugene is AWESOME! super professional, punctual and got in and out in a flash. I had him install a bathroom vanity ans he also had to move some pipes to make it all work. He estimated 3 hours of work and was done in hour and half. I HIGHLY recommend Eugene for anyones next plumbing project. Pricing was great and well worth the money spent.

Eugene replaced our outdated vanity and bathroom fixtures. He helped me get the right replacements after I purchased the wrong stuff. He also adjusted his schedule several times while we waited for deliveries. Great work, fast and knowledgeable. Reasonable rates. We'll be calling again when we do the next bathroom.
