We have used Hero Plumbing three times and each time, the service was prompt, professional, fair and friendly.
Today Ernesto installed a new toilet in our guest bathroom, and the work was quick and clean and the price was very fair.
Ernesto is very conscientious and detailed-oriented. He not only explains the problem and what he recommends to solve it, he also seems to enjoy communicating with his clients and making sure they understand the scope of the work.

My tenants called me in a panic regarding a water leak at my property. Water was gushing out from below the baseboards in the kitchen and flooding the lower level of the house. To complicate the matter, some of the people in the house had recently tested covid-positive. Needless to say, I didn't think any plumbing company would be willing to help me, and most of the ones I called weren't. Not only was Ernesto with Hero Plumbing willing to take the job, but he did it the same day and for a very VERY reasonable price. This was no small job either. He had to cut through a large portion of dry wall to locate the leak and access the pipes. Since I live over an hour away from the property, I could not be physically present. Without my asking, Ernesto took it upon himself to record videos of the damage, the actual leak, and his repairs. He kept me posted every step of the way. Hero Plumbing, specifically Ernesto, prevented this complicated situation from becoming an absolute catastrophe. He even set me up with a water mitigation company to take care of the water cleanup, dry out, and construction repairs. I could not be happier with the outcome and will definitely call Hero Plumbing for any future plumbing issues I may have.

We had a leaky kitchen sink at our rental property. Ernesto came out to the house and quoted the job for free. We got several other quotes, and Ernesto's didn't include upcharges that others quotes included. He was exacting as to what needed to be fixed. When he was out at the property to do the quote, he fixed the leak until he can come replace the faucet. He is pretty flexible and allowed us to purchase our own materials and only charged us for labor. After we ordered the faucet and valve, he came back out and installed a new faucet and new shut off valve. He was easy to communicate with and coordinated with our tenant. Ernesto from Hero Plumbing came out to fix a toilet that wasn't flushing. He snaked it and it still didn't work. So he recommended getting a new toilet. I bought one according to his dimensions. When he pulled the old toilet off he discovered that roots had grown into the toilet hole. It actually looked like a large piece of wood. He cleaned out the hole pulling the roots out then put down some root killer around the edges of the hole. He installed the new toilet and everything worked great. Very reasonable price.
