Fast response. Quality service. Ernesto explained everything in detail. We needed a water pressure regulator and a connecting valve for our dryer. Those were done efficiently. However when I tried to do my laundry I found that it wasn't getting cold water. I messaged Ernesto and he came back and fixed it the same day. Excellent service! The price was fair. We were very pleased and are happy to say we have a plumber we can count on.

All great working with Ernesto! Got a recommendation from my neighbor and good friend to call Hero Plumbing. First called him on Sunday morning and we set up a time on Monday for him to come by. Called 15 mins before arriving and he took a look at our broken water heater and discovered that we just needed to fix the broken valve, all these other companies that came by said to get a new one that was gonna cost a whole lot, so Ernesto saved me a lot of money when it came to my water heater. After he was done it works like a charm! He saved me 70% of what other companies were trying to make me do. Honest and fair pricing and a really nice guy.

Ernesto did a fantastic job, from start to finish!!! He picked up the phone promptly and arrived within 2 hours, on a Friday afternoon. He snaked the drain and ran a camera to see what was causing the clog, which was very important for me since this is not my first clog. If the line clogs again I'll have him return to clean the line with hydro jetting. I have never encountered a plumber who had a camera to confirm what was in a clogged line.

We were having trouble with replacing a leaky outdoor faucet. This review is very tardy, so my apologies to Ernesto for that. I had 4 plumbers come out to my home to assess a potential plumbing problem. Two plumbers told me that I had broken plumbing pipes and quoted me almost $20K to fix them. Two (including Ernesto) told me that I did not and also gave me excellent advice about handling potential plumbing problems... and some plumbers. Ernesto came out to my home three times. In the end, I chose him to install my new toilet, which flushed just fine and showed once and for all that there was no plumbing problem that needed to be fixed for $20K. While he was here working on the installation, we engaged in some great conversation about business ethics. Ernesto is probably one of the most honest and ethical private business owners I have met. He puts the customer first and foremost. If you use his services, I can guarantee you that you will be dealing with a super honest and caring person who will charge you a very fair price. If I ever have any plumbing-related problems or repairs that need to be attended to, he will be the first person I call. Thanks Ernesto!
