I needed a line cleared quick on a Sunday and Ernesto responded right away came out to the house and cleared the line quickly for a temporary fix and later came out to hydro jet for a longer term fix. I highly recommend Ernesto and Hero Plumbing.

I woke up to take a shower and realized I had no hot water. I contacted Hero Plumbing and spoke with Ernesto who was able to come out that day to take a look. (I had also done some research and realized the lifespan of a hot water heater and discovered I was likely going to need to replace it). Ernesto came out and gave me a price for a repair and a new system. He recommended a replacement and due to age and the likelihood of future issues after a repair. Ernesto was helpful, friendly and walked through all the steps of installation. Once installed, he showed me how to adjust the temperature and how to care for the new water heater. Very trustworthy with their assessment of my problem. I believed I needed hydro jetting and called Hero. They arrived at my home in less than one hour, evaluated the problem and recommended I did not need hydro jetting, but I could do some minor maintenance to clear the problem. Hero plumbing definitely lived up to its name! Imagine this. Saturday night. Holiday weekend. Toilet overflows and won't stop flowing at 11 o'clock at night! I thought my whole house is going to be flooded and that I was going to be screwed. I threw out a Hail Mary yelp message and Ernesto got back to me, thank God! He was here within an hour, diagnosed the problem, solved it quickly, and was on his way! His rates were super reasonable and he is a super nice guy!
