Hero Plumbing overall is a great company! From the moment they answer the phone to completion of job. Great service, communication and knowledgeable. Ernesto answered my call and was able to come out same day to replace main shut off valve. With in a couple minutes of his arrival he had completed the job. Will continue to use Hero plumbing for all furure plumbing work!

Last night my shower would not go off after a shower. So we got a waterfall coming out of the wall. I called Hero on my way to work and he needed pictures of the name brand and valve type. I got those to him later in the day once someone at home was able to get them to me. Amazingly, they came out that afternoon after I got off of work and he replaced the valve and some washers and got it to shut off.

Ernesto was our service man. He did a wonderful job! I am amazed they still did same day service even though I got info to him on my lunch break. He also wave me good follow up info. I highly recommend this company. I will sleep tonight with no stress about a waterfall shower.

I had a serious plumbing issue last night (too gross to describe). Around 9 PM, I was scrambling to call 24/7 emergency services. Two had no appointments until the next morning and two did no respond to phone call. My daughter sent me the link to Hero Plumbing. I called, the phone was answered and a plumber was dispatched with a specific arrival time provided.

Ernesto arrived a few minutes early and worked until 12:30 AM to resolved a clog in main line. It was a bit of a complicated fix but he just kept working to resolve the issue. The price quote for cleaning/snaking main line was $250. This seemed a very fair price considering it was after typical business hours.

Hero Plumbing honored the price, explained the process and Ernesto had me watch camera video to demonstrate my main line was clear.

Count me as a highly satisfied customer!

I needed a line cleared quick on a Sunday and Ernesto responded right away came out to the house and cleared the line quickly for a temporary fix and later came out to hydro jet for a longer term fix. I highly recommend Ernesto and Hero Plumbing.

I woke up to take a shower and realized I had no hot water. I contacted Hero Plumbing and spoke with Ernesto who was able to come out that day to take a look. (I had also done some research and realized the lifespan of a hot water heater and discovered I was likely going to need to replace it). Ernesto came out and gave me a price for a repair and a new system. He recommended a replacement and due to age and the likelihood of future issues after a repair. Ernesto was helpful, friendly and walked through all the steps of installation. Once installed, he showed me how to adjust the temperature and how to care for the new water heater. I appreciated his time and attention to detail. I would recommend Hero Plumbing.
