That's Good Drain & Rooter was absolutely awesome. I am so happy that I found them. They were quick to respond to my inquiry and they they were at my home within an hour of my call. Bernardo was able to quickly diagnose my plumbing issue and fix it. I am always nervous and wary when it comes to this sort of thing but Bernardo walked me through everything that he was doing and also found another problem that we weren't aware of and fixed that too. Great communication skills, professional and reasonably priced. Will definitely use That's Good Drain & Rooter again!

We had a water pressure issue and got our water pressure regulator replaced. Now our water pressure in the house is perfect. All the 5 star reviews are true. Bernardo and Emelita are knowledgeable, professional and prompt. They fixed our issue the same day I called. They are very thorough and showed the difference between the broken part and the new part. I also like they gave extra tips on troubleshooting these types of issues. Also, they are very transparent on costs.

Responsive to my inquiries and my water tank installation service schedule was the same day. They came in and remove my old water heater tank and replaced new one with care and professional manners. Explained what they were doing each steps and cleaned up afterwards. Advised how to maintain the equipment and I also scheduled to have the water tank closet wall painted afterwards with reasonable price. Extra and comprehensive service.

I had a low pressure in bathroom sink. Bernado quickly root caused the problem is the clog in the faucet. He helped me with the replacement quickly and offered additional help to clean up and fix with the long lasting problem of the drain. Very professional and good service.
