Bernardo and Emelita are knowledgeable, professional and prompt. They fixed our issue the same day I called. They are very thorough and showed the difference between the broken part and the new part. Responsive to my inquiries and my water tank installation service schedule was the same day. They came in and remove my old water heater tank and replaced new one with care and professional manners. Explained what they were doing each steps and cleaned up afterwards. So we had a clogged tub. Contacted Emy and she said she's sending Bernardo out. I asked for an estimate she said he'll come and check and give us a rate before the job. So he came checked the line. Said if it doesn't work he won't charge us, if it does the flat rate would be. So it worked and he even cleaned out our tub with clorox. It was pretty nasty. Since it was our first time booking an appointment with them they gave us a discount. He recommended also a catch for the drain to get all the hair that gets trapped. This guy Bernardo is super nice, great service, and if we ever need a plumber I definitely would recommend them.
