This is the "go-to" place for all things plumbing parts, faucets and fixtures. This is true especially if you have an older house. If they don't have it, they can generally find it and order it. Knowledgeable sales staff as well.

Brought in broken faucet part, that I could not find at Lowe's or Home Depot, and they knew exactly what is was and had it at the counter in 5 seconds. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend them for any plumbing parts.

They are very personal and helpful. I sent in a photo of my faucet part and they knew exactly what I needed. I came to their business near Lakewood and they fixed my faucet on site.

When you needs something for old homes or any part quick i go to Teters. As a property landlord and investor I rely on making quick repairs. I have been using Teters since the mid-90s.

I gave them two stars because they were once a great store. They used to be the place to go for plumbing supplies. Knew their plumbing, helpful, friendly. I admit I had a unique problem, but the young man behind the counter was unfriendly, rude and no help at all. Condescending people are hard to tolerate. It's much better to shop online, there are plumbing stores that have everything. Big box stores have generic parts, mostly cheap plastic. Items such as faucets, generic valves and fitting can usually be found there. Buy online.

They probably will have what you need if you can tolerate the rudeness. Don't expect great customer service.

My local big box stores couldn't help me figure out what I needed. The team at TFP helped me right out. I was able to text them a picture of what I needed and they also suggested installation methods as well. It was a hard to find part and Maris was able to identify it and to my amazement they had it in stock! It was easy and I definitely will be back.

I searched Lowe's and Home Depot for a part to fix out shower faucet and even though they sell the fixture itself at Home Depot, they don't carry the parts to fix it when something goes wrong. Luckily someone recommended Teter's and I'm glad they did. Was in and out quickly and had the shower working in no time. Great friendly service here too!

Outstanding service and parts. Found a very necessary brass fitting for a 2 burner set up with propane. Saved frying fish and fries at our family reunion
Dimitri knows parts!

We went here to look for a new bath tub faucet. The man that waited on us showed no interest in doing so. Another customer overheard our conversation and suggested Apex Plumbing Supply. The man that was pretending to help us mutters "thanks" under his breath and walked away. We went to Apex, Michelle could not have been more helpful and our bath tub will be working in a few days.
