This place has everything plumbing part you can possibly imagine. This is the place you go to when Lowes and Home Depot don't have what you need. The lines are often long on weekdays but once you get served the people are helpful and knowledgeable. I have never been disappointed and never was sold the wrong part. The downside is that they are closed on weekends.

Overpriced, unfriendly, not informative. Went to their store for a simple Plumbing washer, they said they did not have it, later found out they sell a faucet washer assortment that would have taken care of it. Waste of my time and gas!

Teter's Plumbing supply is a plumbers friend !!! They have plumbing items that you can't find at your local Home Depot.
And also fair pricing on the items they carry.

This place sells over priced parts. Limited selection. Crappy attitude by sales reps. Poor return policy. Just skip and go to Home Depot.

I wish I knew the tall guy's name who helped me today. I came in, he knew exactly the part I needed, I paid for it and I was on my way home to be my wife's hero!!!

By the way, I needed a tub faucet cartridge which nobody else carries, I tried 4 other places plus Amazon before I found Teter's in Yelp.

Best place in the Dallas area for quality plumbing parts and hard to find items. The people can decipher my non-plumber description and get me the right part.

This is the "go-to" place for all things plumbing parts, faucets and fixtures. This is true especially if you have an older house. If they don't have it, they can generally find it and order it. Knowledgeable sales staff as well.
