We went here to look for a new bath tub faucet. The man that waited on us showed no interest in doing so. Another customer overheard our conversation and suggested Apex Plumbing Supply. The man that was pretending to help us mutters "thanks" under his breath and walked away. We went to Apex, Michelle could not have been more helpful and our bath tub will be working in a few days.

Knowledgeable staff with almost any part one will need to replace old fixtures in the area homes. We had brass shower heads and faucets to replace and, yes, they had them. Got to love a place where they have "almost" any part one needs.

Called in 10/29 at 4:55pm and asked if they could accommodate me for an emergency by staying open 2 mins past close and they refused. Awful customer service.

Don't waste your time going anywhere else. These folks have what you need. I'm not sure what the negative reviews are all about, I've never experienced anything but professional service and good advice from the helpful staff. Teter's rocks as far as I'm concerned. Old-fashioned service and all the parts you could ever need.

Can I give this place a -5?!? Was sent there to get a part that another place didn't have!! The whole damn bunch of them was rude as hell!! The only helpful one was a young guy there!! But they wouldn't let him help us! We wanted to buy more than one part and they refused to sell it to us because they are wholesale!?! WHAT??? I want to spend money and you don't want to make a sale because your all rude!?!? I hope no one ever goes there for anything!! The piece we bought was the right one so the jokes on you Teters!! You could have made triple the money we spent, but since Veronica was rude she cost the company money!!

Came here hoping to find 2 new hot and cold valves for an older faucet I got on an Ebay auction. It turns out that the hot and cold valve pipes had been cut in the tear out and when I entered the store and asked an employee if he could replace these parts or if there was a universal part he told me to go buy a new faucet. A second employee said the same. Neither one picked up the part or asked me any details about where they came from. They just washed their hands (pun intended) of my problem. I live in Keller so on my way home I decided to check in at National Wholesale Supply here in Keller and the owner took my faucet valves to his warehouse and was gone for about 30 minutes. When he came back out, he had my faucet put together with all new parts and a happy customer. This is the difference between a company that cares and takes the trouble to solve their customer's problems and one(Teters) that wouldn't even give me the time of day. I will never recommend Teters but I will recommend National Wholesale Supply at 4108 Keller Hicks Road, Keller, TX (817)753-6953.

Excellent customer service. I had a leaking bathtub faucet. I took a photo of it for brand and model and took it to Teter's. From the photo, the man assisting me was able to sell me specifically what I needed and he told me exactly how to install it. I tried to buy the whole contraption that inserts into the valve stem (which would have been around $20), but he told me it wasn't necessary... I was told all I needed was a small washer. Total cost: $1.85. The repair went exactly as he described.

Terrible customer-service. The guy at the counter on the far left hand side. I witnessed him scream across the store at a customer while the store was full of people. Pretty sure I will not be back.
