Terry's Plumbing had immediate availability and came to our house at the exact scheduled time. The work was done efficiently. The price for the work was within the previuosly provided estimate. Lamonte was our technician. He was very friendly, courteous and knowledagble. He also cleaned the work area afterwards and took away all the old equipments....which made me very happy. Thanks Lamonte and Terry's Plumbing!!!

I didn't have an emergency, but they had someone come out the same day, no extra charge, and replaced my garbage disposal. Repair man was professional, quick and knowledgable. No problems. (The labor price was $135.)

I made an appointment for them to come the next day and they called before, then showed up right on time. Technician was experienced and knew about the problem. He was able to explain the process before he even started and fixed the problem. He took the time to tell me what was creating the problem and how to avoid this happening again. He even suggested that if the problem re-occurred, that I call the company and have them dispatch him to resolve. Price was also reasonable. Definitely a good experience that I would recommend.

In the past, I have used Terry's plumbing a couple of times. They were quite responsive and did a decent job. Today, unfortunately, was a TOTALLY DIFFERENT experience. We needed a part replaced in the back of the toilet. When we called, we were told $100 minimum charge. Knowing it wouldn't take long, we understood that was the minimum. When the tech arrived, he tried to charge $125, stating that he had to drive 30 minutes to get to our home. Stephanie, the unprofessional representative of Terry's Plumbing, told me the job took 9 minutes. Unfortunately, based on the level (or lack thereof) of service, on the telephone that I received this evening, along with the change in price from $100 to $125 for a 9 minute job, I cannot in good faith ever recommend these folks again. NOTE: We ultimately only paid $100, but the fact that the tech tried to quote another amount, despite the fact that this was a 9 minute job makes me question integrity. Customer service is not a nice to have; it's a must have in today's world. The woman's lack of service on the telephone resulted in their loss of a customer who was loyal and recommended them to others in the past. After today, I can no longer recommend this company. When I told her I wanted to speak to the owner, she told me that wasn't possible and that she WAS the manager. I asked her multiple times how I could reach Terry, and was never provided an answer. If you call on them, good luck, and be aware of the prices to ensure you're not overcharged.

Had the pleasure of meeting Rick! He took care of our issue in no time and did not try to scam us like other will and tell you that the.problwmnis bigger than it is! Very trust worthy comoany! Never met Terry but heard he is a great boss! I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs!

For a simple garbage disposal replacement I got charged $500. The cost of the same disposal at Lowes is $138. They are a rip-off company. Never again. Also, the technician refused to accept a credit card payment.

This is the first time I used Terry's plumbing. Overall I enjoyed their service from the woman I spoke to on the phone to the technician that came to the house. I do believe the price was a little high for snaking the drain pipe but their customer service made up for it. I would use them again.

I called this company after another one did not show up. I thought I had a simple problem with my tub. It turned out that when my bathroom was redone about 11 yrs ago, the quack who did the plumbing did not do it correctly and the pipes were corroding and leaking. The simple job turned into a big one. Being inexperienced in plumbing and needing it fixed, I agreed to the cost of $875. They arrived on time , went out and got the supplies from the plumbing supply store and were done with the job in a very reasonable time. I do not think that 5% should be added like it was to the bill to use a credit card. Retail stores do not do this. Cant compare to know if they overcharged. I think they did. But, Steve knew what he was doing. He was very professional.

To start not upfront or close to the time, pricing and hidden charges for credit card use. Just be upfront and let customers decide whether to use your services or not. Very disappointed me won't use again.

I inherited a huge backup issue that resulted in an insurance claim. Prior, I utilized Roto-Rooter and a number of other local plumbers that charged a small fortune and never resolved it, resulting in another callback every 6 months or so. it wasn't until I contacted Terry's that the issue was not only resolved, but they worked with my budget. Terry himself came to the phone when I was questioning possible extra work that day and assured me that would not be necessary. Everyone from reception to technicians were not just professional & personable, but went beyond to accommodate my needs. These days, it is not easy to find services with integrity anymore. I can say of 1/2 dozen or so local plumbing companies, Terry's is stellar--exactly the reason for this recommendation--not to waste time and $$$ on anyone else. I wish I had the benefit of knowing before I called all the others. (4 stars because nobody is perfect; everyone has room for improvement somewhere :)
