I guess I should have read the reviews before contacting these people. It seems to me that these and other companies are just answering calls and then contact independent plumbers to do the job. I was referred to Terry's by 24/7 Plumbing (Read my review on them). They send somebody within the time specified. I called them because there was a leak below my sink. Leo the plumber examined the area and told me that the issue was a washer that needed to be replaced but he didn't have any and just to replace it was going to be over a hundred dollars. He suggested me to replace the entire faucet since the price was going to be the same so I agreed. He did the job but later that day my tenant calls me to let me know that there was a pond of water since water was still leaking. I called Terry's right away and after a few seconds of me complaining about it they agreed to send someone else to see the problem. This time was Dyllan (whom I had used 2 weeks prior for a leak on the P trap through 24/7) He wanted to charge me $200 to fix the leak to which I refuse stating that that was the reason for my call on the same place. I ended up talking to a supervisor Priscilla (Who claimed to be one of the owners) who insisted that I had paid for a faucet installation and not a P trap replacement. She didn't believe me when I said the reason for my call was the leak and the faucet replacement was the solution given by the plumber. She said she would have to review the call and get back to me. She never did. Instead she had Leo call me to try to convince me that the faucet was leaking as well and that he might have missed the other leak so they had to charge me. He even try to sell me additional services. Needles to say that I am not using these people ever again

Do not use this plumber. They agreed to do a repair and gave our association the price in writing. When the """"tech"""" got here he started the job and after digging a large whole in our parking lot he said the job was bigger than expected and he wanted more money. The owner of the company backed him in this poor way of doing business when we called him.

Called these folks on a week night, they were out to my house within the hour, they snaked out my sewer line and determined it was on the City side of the house, and then called and reported it to the city, that is incredible service, most plumbers would have had the homeowner call, I am impressed with the service and price, for an emergency call they were $150.00 cheaper than anyone else

We had a fitting on our upstairs toilet break,flooding the upstairs and ruined or downstairs. Terry's plumbing was here within the hour. They even recommend a restoration company to clean up the mess. They called them for us and they too were there within the hour. Polite plumber fixed the problem. Was probably more expensive but this was an emergency and insurance will cover losses. When I requested a itemized bill for the adjuster the office staff was very accommodating.

Our tankless water died and I called 2 companies to get estimates. The first estimate we got was over $2000. We then called Terry's plumbing. These guys were amazing they were at our home within 15 minutes of our call. The estimate from Terry's was $650 for the exact same water heater. The tech Mark had the new heater installed in less than 2 hours for a third of the cost of the first plumbers estimate.

Great service, excellent work, fast response. Called early in the morning and a person, not an answering service answered. I requested a specific time frame and they graciously accommodated my request. Anthony arrived on time, provided a detailed explanation of the problem and promptly fixed the issue. Having used many plumbers in the South Florida area Terrys plumbing was also well priced. Terry's Plumbing will be my first call in the future.

Just before we were leaving our FL condo to come north, the handle on the toilet broke off. I called Terry's Plumbing and they had someone there in less than 3 hours. Nick didn't have the right part on the truck so he left and got the correct handle. When Nick called me in to check the work, the handle stuck down after flushing. We tried it three more times and it didn't stick. Of course, it stuck several more times that evening before we left. Regardless, I was impressed with the punctuality, Nick's professionalism and will certainly use this company again- I'll also be calling them to recheck the handle when we return to FL.

Ricky came out again to help me with my garbage disposal. I was afraid I would need a new disposal but he was able to get it fixed quickly without needing to replace the disposal. Since he was so quick with the garbage disposal I figured he might have time to look at my master bathroom toilet, which was not filling with water and not really usable, and he also fixed that very efficiently. It is a pleasure dealing with Ricky and with Terry's Plumbing, once again he came near the beginning of the time window I was provided (actually last time he was able to come by a little early). Ricky is very courteous, personable, punctual and efficient and he does good work, and he solves the problem without trying to oversell you on more than you need. My water heater is starting to fade so I expect I will call Terry's before too long to see if Ricky can help me with replacing that.

I have used them before because they respond quickly. The job was done but the service man wanted to over charge $100 just to go get the needed part. After calling the company the price was changed but I feel as if I was still over charged.

Called to have two outdoor hose taps replaced. They had been dripping for years. Another plumbing company came earlier in the morning and gave me a price more than twice of Terrys Plumbing. Almost $$500? At that price i would let them drip. Terry's was less than half that. Now i will ask them to replace a toilet. I supply the fixture. More to come. Hope for the same good service and reasonable price. Only issue was that they prefer payment by check. I hate checks, there is an extra charge for credit cards. But still worth it.
