I see a lot of mix reviews but my experiance my experience was nothing but great! Casey came to check if the pipes needed to be changed for the main water tank. At first he thought that is what he will be doing but then he said let me try something...  After opening and closing the main valve a few times the problem was solved! Thank you Casey for being honest! I am looking forward to my master bathroom remodeling and hope that everything will go as nice and smooth. Will be posting an updated review after its done ;)

I have used this company 2 times. The first experiance was not good as I had a hose detach from the dishwasher and the plumber told me my dishwaser needed replaced. Thank goodness I had my son pull the unit out before purchasing as we found the hose. The plumber never even pulled the unit out. I called them a second time by accident to have a tub/shower diverter replaced. On the second visit all went well.

Michael was my plumber today and he did a fabulous job. Seamless and in a timely manner. He communicated when he'd arrive, the costs, knowledgeable on causes/preventions/best practices and the time he would take. Very personable and I'd highly recommend to anyone whether you're renting or own!

Very prompt. Came the same day. The worker who came was honest - solved the problem quickly by trying a simple intervention rather than charging us for taking apart the pipes needlessly. Would definitely call them again.

I had one of those toilet back ups that sent waste rising up into our showers, the worst! Called at 8:30 PM and the technician, Ricky, showed up in 10 minutes, and then it started raining. It didn't matter. He grabbed his gear and got right on the roof to snake the main and had it sorted in 20 minutes. We had our 2.5 year old sleeping at the time too, and he didn't even wake him. Ricky was very professional, compassionate, and understanding, seeing as flushed about 25 of those (non-flush) ass wipes. We were toilet training, cut us some slack! Ricky saved the day and so did Terry's plumbing.

I'm not much of a review writer as I am always super busy. This is a big exception though. My wife and I decided to watch some Youtube videos and change out all of our shower hardware. It's all 'VERY EASY' to do...UNLESS you run into problems like copper pipes not being long enough to clear the O ring in the Moen slip on shower faucet. Then it's back and forth to Home Depot, Lowes...etc a total of 8 TIMES getting grease, caulk, couplings, pipe cutter, a special tool to screw the drain in, plumbers putty....etc. Only to find out that it was taking way too much time and we were running into way too many complications. 2 weeks slipped by us with tools in the tub and no usage in the upstairs shower. I called a plumber and he came over and said """"the wall has to be torn out so I can get back in there and replace the pipe with a longer one. That starts around 700.00"""". I told him thanks but not going to do that and paid him 100.00 for the trip over and he left. I told my wife...""""I am going to call ONE MORE PLUMBER and if they tell me the same thing I will beg them to do it less than 700.00"""" and was hoping for a different solution. I called Terry's Plumbing and promptly James Morgan showed up. He came in and assessed it....he mentioned the wall be taken out being the easiest way perhaps to do this but....he had an idea..... He thought about it a minute...went to his truck and grabbed some supplies...and an hour later the spout was soldered and in place thru a small hole in the wall. He went in like a surgeon, basically threaded a needle and removed the old pipe ..and put the new one in..all thru a small hole. Pressure tested it and it was perfect! I mentioned that I was unsure about our work on the drain as well..he checked that and it was in there WRONG. He quickly fixed that...checked the shower head that we installed that was leaking and did a little maneuvering on that and fixed that. Then was out the door. I can't even begin to explain how grateful my wife and I are that this is done and was done so quickly and affordably. In addition James has people skills...super pleasant guy to talk to and he explained what he was doing before and as he was doing it. There is ZERO doubt about who to call for our downstairs bathroom when we are ready to do that and I will certainly recommend them to anyone that asks. HONEST, quick and painless. I made an appointment for them to come the next day and they called before, then showed up right on time. Technician was experienced and knew about the problem. He was able to explain the process before he even started and fixed the problem. He took the time to tell me what was creating the problem and how to avoid this happening again. He even suggested that if the problem re-occurred, that I call the company and have them dispatch him to resolve. Price was also reasonable. Definitely a good experience that I would recommend.

I called this company after another one did not show up. I thought I had a simple problem with my tub. It turned out that when my bathroom was redone about 11 yrs ago, the quack who did the plumbing did not do it correctly and the pipes were corroding and leaking. The simple job turned into a big one. Being inexperienced in plumbing and needing it fixed, I agreed to the cost of $875. They arrived on time , went out and got the supplies from the plumbing supply store and were done with the job in a very reasonable time. I do not think that 5% should be added like it was to the bill to use a credit card. Retail stores do not do this. Cant compare to know if they overcharged. I think they did. But, Steve knew what he was doing. He was very professional.

VERY VERY BAD customer service. My mom is a very old woman and went to Terry's Plumbing Supply Inc. and purchased an oil boiler for over $3,200. They sold a part with the boiler that is defected and they realized that after. Even though we have a years worth of warranty for the parts, they REFUSE to help her and have her crying and running all over. Aside from refusing to replace the one part, they refused to refund the price of the part so she can purchase from elsewhere. She spoke to Babu and the female manager and they have her running in a circle. Very unprofessional. I have reported a complaint against their business as well as made my mom go and file papers In court because the plumber advised her to do so since we have proof of everything.
