I have used Terry Vereen many times over the last three years. They were always very good. Their prices were reasonable, service was great and office skills outstanding. They always got someone out here the next day at the latest. I had a recent plumbing issue. When I called I was told that the next available appointment was five days out. I made the appointment, the tech had a family emergency and there was no back-up plan to get someone out here. The office person I spoke with today was very rude, and sarcastically said """"Well you have another toilet, don't you?"""" I will not be using Terry Vereen again. I am so dissatisfied and disgusted with their service.

The women in the office who do the schedules and answer the phones are incompetent and are RUDE and NASTY to the people calling for appointments. DO THEY KNOW WE are paying there salary? I think not. By the reviews the OWNER MUST NOT CARE how his staff treats his customers as there are a lot of people who complain about the women in the office. The plumbers are very nice and they even talk how the women are in the office and how they have to DEAL WITH them too!!!!

Had the main line get clogged and backed up into my bathtub while washing dishes the Friday before Christmas! We were having trouble getting someone to the house due to Holidays. Terry Vereen plumbing showed up within an hour of placing the call. The after hours answering service was prompt with getting the information needed. I got a call about 10 minutes later from the service guy, Shawn, add I was able to explain the situation and he understood in a short time. He explained the after hours cost well and was patient with me when I clarified to be absolutely sure. I like to repeat things. He arrived about 45 minutes after our phone call. He was nice and got straight to work. He explained what he was going to do before he did it and was able to clear the blockage in about 20 minutes! He even Hagee a discount because he was not here a whole hour. He had to snake it from the roof. He tested the drain before packed up to be sure it was clear. I will definitely call them again if we have any future plumbing needs! Now I have a tub to clean!

Asked to be contacted first before doing any work but they did not call me, just did the work and then sent me an invoice. Work was shoddy and had to be redone by another plumber. When I called the office to complain, they did not care. Will NEVER use again nor recommend.

Logan was my tech. Very polite and professional. He was early to the job and called ahead of time to ask if it was okay to come to my home. Quickly located the issue. Would use this business again and would recommend.

Terry Vereen Plumbing was recommended by Home Advisor... they replied to my request to get an estimate to have our shower fixed (new insert with mortar placed underneath)... Someone came out, said they would get back to me with the estimate, but I never heard anything. I called a week later and inquired about the estimate, and they said they would get back to me soon. Weeks later, still nothing. Thanks for wasting my time.

We had our bathroom remodeled. After obtaining 3 quotes, we went with Terry Vereen. Scott, again was Professional. Joe and Luke began the job 9/27/23, next came Ben who did the tile and drywall. Ben was kind and professional after he was done Joe returned with Shawn. I have only good things to say about service We received. The job was completed 10/4. We are very happy with the quality of the work, The professionalism and the price quoted was the price we paid.....We Do plan to use Terry Vereen in the near future for another bathroom project in the master bedroom. I would post a picture, if I could.

I recently called this company to clear a washer drain in my garage. I have used the provider for many years and found them to be very knowledgeable and professional and at a fair price. The provider arrived in a timely manner and completed the job in a professional manner. I found all the tech's to be excellent especially Joe A. Based on my many experiences in the past I would highly recommend this Plumbing company and will continue to use them for my Plumbing needs.

Very disappointed, they told me at 3pm they would be there at 5:30pm to fix a simple pipe and the answering service kept saying they were on the way, or would get back and never did. I waited til 11pm finally gave up. Got mad at the answering service for giving me the run around, then and only then did I get a call from the actual plumber. By then I didn't want him here at that hour. I will find another plumber.

As a former employee I would say do not do business with this company, the problem boils down to the owner. We were told multiple times to charge things to customers that we did not use or do because the customers are to stupid to know. Also the 7 car pileup on the buckman last week was caused by an employee that was speeding and not paying attention, no administrative action has been taken against this employee. I will say it again do not use this company they will cheat you out of money in a heartbeat and alot of the plumbers are unlicensed.
