My water heater sprang a leak. Being on the second floor, the sense of emergency was even greater (even though it does have a drip pan). I called Vereen on the recommendation of another plumber (he was too busy to help). The lady at Vereen said they would have someone out in a few hours. The tech (Shaun) showed up right as promised. He was very professional, courteous and obviously quite skilled. He left zero mess and his piping was artwork. Best of all they were able to quote a standard price for this particular task which covered pretty much everything. And the price was extremely reasonable. I will have no problem calling Vereen for future plumbing """"events"""".

Terry Vereen Plumbing was recommended by Home Advisor... they replied to my request to get an estimate to have our shower fixed (new insert with mortar placed underneath)... Someone came out, said they would get back to me with the estimate, but I never heard anything. I called a week later and inquired about the estimate, and they said they would get back to me soon. Weeks later, still nothing. Thanks for wasting my time.

On April 5,2018 we had our house re-piped since it had been thirty years since it was done and at that time the material presently is not up to code. The job went very well the plumbers were very knowledgeable about the job and did the work in a timely manner and cleaned up prior to leaving. We are extremely pleased with this plumbing contractor and will use them for further jobs. My wife and I are retired and its refreshing to know that companies like Terry Vereen Plumbing is operating in the Jacksonville Area. I believe that if you have a plumbing need you will not be displeased when using this company

Beware! They charge per hour! I do not recommend. Joe the plumber was very rude and unprofessional to senior citizens. He spent double the time it should have taken to replace some fittings. He also used our old parts, just scraped off the corrosion without asking for our approval. The quality and value were not acceptable.

Because I don't have the option for -5 stars. 3rd time called for plumbing on 1924 yr, old house. 1st time, they fixed half the problem, but didn't finish. Within 2 days had to call again, where they explained the house had 2 separate pipes and they only cleared one! Called later for toilet pump piece broken and they replaced the piece. Within a week, new piece broke, but they wouldn't replaced. Had to call another plumber to replace 2 pieces in toilet. Called today for immediate service 4 2 toilets completely blocked. Received a 12:30 - 2;00 PM time. waited until 3 pm, and woman at non customer service told me, it was raining (duh) and they could not work in rain. She admitted she did not call me and let me know. She insisted, I be patient. She is in her office telling me what to do while I am at my home w/ 1 toilet filled w/ human feces, and other filled w/ urine. They could not come the day before! Now, it is 6 hours after the appointment and nothing. they said they MAY come tomorrow, but who knows. the 2 women at customer service are mean, spiteful, and the least serviceable people I've dealt with in plumbing. Horrific plumbing service, which is a shame because they are local but not worth dealing with. Go anywhere else!!!!

Jacob and the Vereen team just left the house. They were very professional and thorough. We recently moved into the house and it was remodeled before we bought it. There was a mistake made with the plumbing that was causing a sewage smell by the washer. The issue was quickly identified and fixed (which required climbing under the house). Very satisfied with the entire experience.

I called to have a leaking faucet repaired as was quoted $110.00 for the Service charge for the first hour plus any parts. The plumber came and ended up replacing 2 plastic valve stems and spent a total of 20 minutes here. Imagine my shock when I was charged $210.00!! When questioning the tech, I was told that what they charge and that is what I needed to pay. I could have replaced the entire faucet for less! They ripped me off this time, but will never have another chance to do it again! Absolute thieves!

I recently called this company to clear a washer drain in my garage. I have used the provider for many years and found them to be very knowledgeable and professional and at a fair price. The provider arrived in a timely manner and completed the job in a professional manner. I found all the tech's to be excellent especially Joe A. Based on my many experiences in the past I would highly recommend this Plumbing company and will continue to use them for my Plumbing needs.

Very disappointed, they told me at 3pm they would be there at 5:30pm to fix a simple pipe and the answering service kept saying they were on the way, or would get back and never did. I waited til 11pm finally gave up. Got mad at the answering service for giving me the run around, then and only then did I get a call from the actual plumber. By then I didn't want him here at that hour. I will find another plumber.

The women in the office who do the schedules and answer the phones are incompetent and are RUDE and NASTY to the people calling for appointments. DO THEY KNOW WE are paying there salary? I think not. By the reviews the OWNER MUST NOT CARE how his staff treats his customers as there are a lot of people who complain about the women in the office. The plumbers are very nice and they even talk how the women are in the office and how they have to DEAL WITH them too!!!!
