Tempo Air offers an extensive range of plumbing services, including water heater installations or tankless heater servicing – bathroom, toilet, and shower installations along with repairing fixtures – cleaning and clearing of drain and sewer lines, as well as line replacements. In addition, we provide detection of slab leaks, trenchless sewer repairs, garbage disposal installation and servicing. For your water needs we can provide assistance – providing water purification, softening solutions, and water filtration installation and maintenance.

My name is David Romero, I attempted to use my home warranty through Tempo. My system has worked correctly for a year and suddenly would not cool air any longer. I called in and spoke to Angle, who at first said there was nothing they could do for me that evening. After repeated calls in she was able to get a tech out to our house to add refrigerant to our system. I was told by the tech that the amount of refrigerant he added would last for "a few weeks" at least, so I scheduled my follow on leak detection for the following week. The refrigerant lasted a day and a half, and then we lost A/C again. This time I called and spoke to Beverly, the supposed "customer service manager" who refused to send a tech to our home the same day to add more refrigerant, citing two reasons 1) the leak was too bad and they cannot put refrigerant into a leaky system, 2) the tech couldn't be there until after 10:00pm. Long story short, they did nothing for my family, we "slept" in an 85 degree home in the middle of a Texas summer. Tempo refused to pay for a hotel room for us for one night, refused to service the unit even though we told them arrival did not matter to us. I would never recommend them to anyone, garbage company.
**EDIT** The Tech who arrived this morning was awesome, Hugo A. was polite and respectful, he quickly located and corrected the issue. I wish the office had the same attitude as there technicians.

buyer beware,,,,i recently had ac unit go out after 20 years,,,tempo sent a tech. she checked and unit down 80%(leak) ..she offered a leak test at $175 i agreed...coil inside cracking..she said "if you buy a new unit,they will apply the 175 as credit(first lie)..rep came out looked at unit gave me three choices and said we deal in carrier because they give us better prices and rebates...i sent quote to son in law who worked ac in another city in past,and he passed it to his old boss they felt 2nd choice 2 stage unit great at around 8000 after 1000 rebate i contacted rep ,and he said he would get back with me after next client. After waiting 6 hours, i called him. i noted there was a ""membership fee " on contract plus a one time fee of 200 to get a 400 discount added (with 1 yr maintenance) i told him "i don't want/need a service contract" he said 'oh you must really have one,and it affects the warranty..i wouldnt budge and he appeared to be ready to remove it , when i said his tech had mentioned that the 175 would be applied to total, right? he replied 'oh,no way we never agree to that and i ! could argue with the manager about it! i said no , find out . he got back in 5 min and said " we will have a meeting monday and talk with tech, but we can only give 50%(second lie) lastly, he then said,,youre going to be pissed at me, because the $1000 rebate i quoted was for a much more expensive unit(i suspect it was because they werent getting membership money ) i hung up ...total bait and switch company DR C

Love this company. They go out of their way to make sure you are taken cared of. They actually pick up the phone when you call. The technicians actually know what they are talking about and are courteous and take time to explain to you what is going on. The prices they charge are fair and given their customer support and superb technicians its a deal.

I have had Randy as my tech for several years. He has always been very pleasant and always does an exceptional job.

We where having different temps in each room of the home ( hot/cold spots). I called Tempo. Easy to schedule an appointment, very courteous. I was given the dreaded window (10-1) . At 9:25AM on day of appointment Katrina in dispatch called and said Lorenzo ( tech) could be early if I was available otherwise he would be here at 10AM. I told Katrina early was fine.
Lorenzo shows up about 9:40AM which I was happy about! He then after being greeted at the door put on shoe booties so he would not track wet footprints on our wet floor. ( we hadn't had rain in DFW in 26 days) him not tracking and protecting our wood floors was very respectful and made my wife very happy!
Once he carefully brought his equipment in ( came prepared) he listened to my concerns and addressed them. He went thru each room and confirmed balance and airflow with a gauge. I also had new filters just arrive and he was kind enough to install them. He also explained his work and showed me how the system and thermostat worked. Lorenzo is a very nice, polite, respectful, and knowledgeable technician. Very happy with dispatch Katrina and Lorenzo's service.

I'm always skeptical and nervous when it comes to hiring a mechanical issue because you are always hoping that the problem is fixed right - and not just finding quick fixes to your problems and jacking up your bill. From my experience, I will recommend them to any friend or family because of my experiences with Joe, one of their HVAC Tech.
In the dead heat of summer, our upstairs AC unit deciding to stop working. We bought our home for less than a year so that was extremely disappointing that our AC unit stopped working. Joe came to the house, quickly assessed the problem, and also gave me tips on how to keep my units clean and maintained well to reduce the likelihood of more issues. The problem came from a faulty part, so part was covered by warranty and we had to pay for labor.
At the beginning of winter, our downstairs Heating Unit decided to stop working, Joe came out again quickly and assessed the problem, explaining it very well. He rushed across town through traffic and came back to replace the part (that was luckily covered by warranty). He didn't finish til after 7PM on a Friday and he had no complaints at all, I really appreciate his attitude and his customer service.
Well, we've had two Heating and AC Unit issues with our HVAC Unit and the Technician Joe did a very efficient and thorough job all-around. HVAC repairs are not cheap, nor are the parts so finding high-quality work and customer service is key.

Moving into a 6-month old home, we had a problem after just 2 weeks with the heating. The home would barely heat.
First, we went through the home warranty company. They sent overan HVAC technician from some other company who stank of cigarettes (clearly he smoked one right before stopping at our home) and whose diagnosis was "something isn't connected right, but I don't exactly know what." Great, some help...
We then called Tempo Air, as they were listed on the side of the AC as having installed the unit. the technician arrived just a few hours later which is great on such short notice.
The technician was Carlos Flores and he was very helpful. He wore shoe covers upon entering our home, and immediately spotted the problem (a heating element torn out after the system was installed - probably happened after installation, and before the previous owners moved in), and went out of his way to get a replacement part that same day. He went to a new home still being built, worked with the builder to arrange the swap, and came back to fix the unit the same day.
Tempo also worked with the builder to have the repair covered under warranty.
Carlos also secured both wall thermostats more tightly, cleaned up the wiring, and fixed a leak in a duct. What a great guy, and great service.

We were at our new home waiting for our furniture to arrive and on this chilly morning discovered the heat wouldn't turn on. I called Temp A/C and someone immediately answered the phone, and said a technician would be at our home before noon and I would get a call 30 min. prior to the tech's arrival. Sure enough, about 2 hours I received the call that the tech was en route and he arrived ad fixed the problem within 10 min. Great! I will call Tempo A/C again.

Excellent service in time of dire need; no AC means hot house and hotter wife. Khuong is a meticulous technician and makes sure he checks everything so that we can get back to cool. Cost is always the problem but I don't feel like Tempo takes advantage of the situation with overly exorbitant pricing. I finally signed up for their recommended service agreement that will save me going forward.

Technician was on time, dressed professionally and wore booties over his shoes. He did a quality job on servicing our A/C and heating unit for the season. The technician called about 30 minutes before he arrived. Excellent company for installation and service.
