Danny is the man! He came by at the end of the day for an emergency service(Front Yard was leaking). Saved me what I assume would have been hundreds, free of charge!

we had plugged up toilet a week or so ago, they came in snaked the sewage line. The charge was quoted $125 on the phone and we were invoiced for $225 . a week later the sewage backing up to the toilet again. We hardly use this bathroom since there is a public bathroom in front of our office. They were contacted again that the problem is not fixed, they said there is not warranty on the job and will charge for the full price

Our toilet was not functioning correctly and we needed service ASAP. No other plumbers were available, but Temecula Drain Service & Plumbing called us back and said they would try to send a plumber, depending on how long the previous service would take. Tony, the plumber called and said he'd be here if the job he was on was not too time consuming. Tony called a short time later and said he was on his way! He and Daniel were extremely professional, friendly and communicative. Tony spotted the problem in the tank instantly and repaired it. He also answered a couple other questions we had about our plumbing and he gave us excellent answers. Other plumbers might have tried to sell parts we didn't need so it was a pleasure to deal with a plumber of extensive experience, integrity and honesty. We previously used a different plumbing business that is very highly rated, but we would not have them back again. Tony and Daniel's professionalism made Temecula Drain our go-to plumber for all our future plumbing needs and the the price charged was extremely reasonable. Ignore those other reviews for plumbers, we tried them and found Temecula Drain to be the best!

After the last heavy rain my backyard patio drains showed signs of a clog and they backed up everywhere. Phil came out and was able to snake and clear the drains in a short amount of time. He was prompt, skilled, and worked really hard to clear the drains of debris and roots without any digging necessary. I'm so glad that I didn't ignore the issue as it would have only gotten worse. Phil was patient with me while I asked a million questions and he advised me how to maintain these drains so that it does not happen again. Evidently, it's a good idea to have the drains cleared professionally every few years. I was so grateful for his knowledge and patience!

These guys were amazing! We told our restoration guy whose doing our cabinets that our insurance kept sending over flakey plumbers and we haven't had water in a week, so he recommended Temecula Drain Service and Plumbing. No joke, they came within a couple of hours! Danny, the guy who came to look at our plumbing, pinpoint the leak and said they could fix it right there and then. Umm, yes please!!! Thank you so much!! For a good price too! It took him and his employee a few hours to fix and we had water again! It was a miracle! But then my husband decided to fix the wall where they had to cut out to fix the plumbing....and he screwed a hole in a pipe on accident and back to square one again. We called Danny and told him what happened, he said no problem it's an easy fix, he can come back tomorrow and fix it. And he did!

So happy with our service! They were quick, reliable, and even fixed our mistake! The price was good... we will definitely call them for all our plumbing needs! Thank you so much!

Started out with 5 stars, but unfortunately within 30 minutes after Tony left, we discovered that the sink was leaking . Apparently he had forgotten to reconnect the dishwasher hose! He did return to our home within 5 minutes of our call; these people stay on top of things!! Nice company and will definitely be giving them another chance up the road. And maybe an even better rating, like the glowing 5 star review I had originally given this company.

Called Tony in an emergency today. Our pipes back up regularly and we usually stay ahead of it. Tony called me right back and was genuine and honest. He had the lines cleared and was willing to go the extra mile. Knowledgeable, honest, forthcoming and professional. Thanking God for guys like Tony today! It could have been so much worse- saved the day!

Called yesterday about at about 1:50 pm. At 5 pm I hadn't been contacted so I called back. Dispatcher said he gave my information to the plumber. Plumber called me back in five minutes stating he had the wrong number. Wanted to set an appointment the following day. Called back to make an appointment, was told they would get somebody out the next day, no time frame. I have now had standing water in my sink for over 18 hours! Definitely not there when I needed them!

Changed my review to 5 stars after Dino came this morning and fixed everything! The company also took $25 dollars off my Bill for the inconvenience. They made it right!! Thank you!!
