Horrible and RUDE!!!!! I called to see how soon they'd be able to get a plumber out to my house as I had water spraying from a broken faucet. When they told me it'd be 3.5 hrs, I told the man that was longer then the other time estimates I'd received. He proceeded to tell me: 'He hates people like me, and they wouldn't come out anyway.' He then hung up on me.

Great service, had them out for a toilet repair/replacement through home warranty. We had someone before and they didn't stop the leak. This company was very fast and efficient.

Temecula Drain was sent to us through our home warranty company. Having replaced a water heater through home warranty before I was prepared for it to be a lengthy process and a complete hassle. Temecula Drain called me within an hour of opening my claim and were able to come out the next day, a Saturday. Next concern, it's a 75 gallon unit and most plumbers do not keep those in stock, but Temecula Drain did! They were at my house at 12:30 for a quote, and came back around 3 to install. They were done around 5. The plumber and his apprentice were extremely professional and helpful. I've already recommended them to a couple friends who needed some plumbing work done. I will definitely be asking for them again in the future!

They always provide good service every time they're called, which has been about four times now. The most recent one had a slight miscommunication because our appointment was not put in the books and we waited all morning. But it was immediately remedied and they showed up an hour after we called. We have them on speed dial!

DO NOT USE! We recently had Temecula Drain sent our to us by our home warranty company to look at a toilet. After checking the toilet, the Temecula Drain plumbers said that the toilet would not be covered by the warranty AND Temecula Drain would charge us over $1000 to fix the toilet for us, then we would also have to pay someone to come replace the floor that they would have to tear up for the project - Oh, and they had a perfect recommendation for a friend who could do the floor work - what a joke! We declined their offer and called out Nootbaar Plumbers for a second opinion. Nootbaar was also a licensed vendor with our home warranty provider. The plumber from Nootbaar not only said that the problem was covered by the warranty, but that it would only cost about $400 to fix WITHOUT tearing up the floor (we wouldn't be paying it, but that's what the job would normally cost). Clearly the plumbers at Temecula Drain are shady and try to con people out of money by suggesting expensive, unnecessary fixes. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Thoroughly impressed by TDS&P! I recently moved into a new home and have no previous experience how to handle plumbing issues.. I was referred to this company so I spoke with Carl on the phone and he had a guy come out the same day within the timeframe I could be at the house. Prices are reasonable..Phil came to the house and did a wonderful job unclogging the main pipe that had been stopped up and gross water had filled the toilets,tubs, and shower!..He then went into the house and made sure all my drains were working correctly.. he even answered all my pestering questions so now I understand how the piping system works. I would definitely recommend this company if you are in need of some plumbing assistance! Thank you TDS&P (:

There employee didn't even know how to install a new toilet! Now I'm stuck with no working toilet and it's starting to have a odor! I called and email, getting nothing from them. What a terrible terrible company who hired untrained people. Shame on these owners who only care about ripping people off.

Was on vacation when one of our employees called and said we had a plumbing leak at our shop. Not only did they come out that night and help stabilize problem, they were back early next morning to fix it at a very reasonable price. We will definitely keep their number handy for any future requirements.

I have a leak some where within my sprinkler system. My brother wanted to save some money and dug up some of the lawn by himself. He spoke to one of the employees about our leak. This individual told him that he could call them when he finds the leak and they would handle it immediately. When I called on his behalf I had an uncomfortable conversation with the receptionist. She laughed at me and said ""you want us to fix it now."" She then said that she couldn't get anyone out there anytime soon. I was very upset by the tone she used with me. So I called back to inform management about their customer service. The same woman I spoked to answered. I politely asked to speak to management. She then told me this was her company. I then told her that I felt uncomfortable speaking to her. She immediately became hostile at this point and said ""well I'm not always so optimistic."" I told her as politely as I could that as a customer I don't think she needs to talk to me that way. She then begin to yelled at me and scolded me that I need to grow up, and act my age. She also added to never contact their company again. She then hung up the phone. If you're young, female, and a home owner don't go to them.
