I was in a pinch with a clogged drain on a Sunday and thankfully they picked up. They don't do hydrojetting but referred me to someone who did. Within minutes I got a call back from Zoom Drain. I did not get service from Ted's plumbing directly but sincerely appreciate the referral to a great company that was honest and reputable. I will call Ted's for any plumbing issues in the future.

Look no further when plumbing problems occur...and they do! Early this morning kitchen sink drain pipe became disconnected and water everywhere. I rely on neighbor recommendations. So grateful to be suggested Ted's Plumbing. I immediately made a call and without one bit of hesitation on Ted's response to me / he said the magic words : ""I will see you later today"". True to his word he came as promised and speedily repaired my problem. There are so many plumbers listed on Yelp thereby giving us many choices. I on the other hand will no longer seek anyone other than Ted's Plumbing . Highly recommended company with a delightful Ted to deal with.

Hello ... it was a late afternoon in Mid-May 2021 when my Mom's water heater in Hollister CA stopped working. I stumbled upon Ted's Plumbing after calling a few other plumbers in town. Ted picked up on the first call ... and Hallelujah Ted said he was in Hollister and if we wanted he could swing by Home Depot get a new water heater and then come by and install the water heater. It was about 4 or 5pm when I called him ... by 7pm Ted was at my Mom's house and went about installing the new water. Around 9pm or so Ted had it all done and hot water was flowing again. Sooooo much appreciated ... highly recommending Ted's Plumbing here!!! Thank you! (Sorry took so long for me to write this review!) Russell W.

Had a major leak happen all of a sudden under our kitchen sink. Called Ted and he answered the phone right away and responded by coming within half an hour. Fixed the problem easily. Problem had been caused by an appliance repairman who had not properly disconnected and reconnected tubing for broken dishwasher which had been removed. Ted spotted the problem immediately and was pleasant and professional. Totally recommend him

I found Ted on yelp...My shower would not turn off. I called three different plumbers and after my fourth attempt to get a hold of the plumber he answered on the first ring.. It was at my house within 20 minutes and Was able to pair the issue in less than an hour. I will keep his number! Thanks Ted!

It is New Years Eve at 7 p.m. and Ted saved the day! My water heater went out yesterday - I spoke to Ted in the afternoon and much to my surprise, he said he could come the very next day, even though it was New Years Eve! His price was less than what a larger company wanted to charge and he was able to come out right away. What a relief it is that I can actually take a hot shower. I'm very grateful.

Middle of a Tuesday afternoon and one of my sprinkler control units failed miserably and water was bursting on the fence but Ted's Plumbing talked me through shutting off the water to just the sprinklers but keep water to the house so i could stop the issue now (new home owner). If anything urgent happens again I'll give them a call. With his guidance i fixed the issue, but if I was unable he could have had a rep/technician over to me in about 2 hours which would've been great. great service & great response time

Ted is the man!!! For three straight days, we tried our best to unclog our kitchen sink (the only thing we did not attempt was to remove the p trap). On the fourth day, we decided to reach out to Ted's Plumbing because we've heard nothing but great things from our friend who uses him all the time.

When I reached him by phone, he was at another customer's house, but he said he would call me back shortly. As promised, Ted gave me a call within an hour.

I explained the situation and he was at our door within 45 minutes.

Soon thereafter, the p trap was off, the clog was removed, the p trap was put back in place securely and our kitchen sink was operational once again!

Thanks, Ted...we will definitely be using you for all of our future plumbing needs!
