It's Sunday! My toilet was backing up into my bathtub. I have a small house with one bathroom. Pretty much an emergency. Ted and Jimmy came out and fixed the problem. Did I mention it was Sunday!!

Very grateful. And my usually feisty stray dog I found a year ago really liked them. That's huge! They were so nice to her:)

I had a few issues to be resolved. 1) Replace main shutoff valve 2) Replace water spigot for lawn hose 3) fix leak in piping to irrigation system. I called multiple plumbers with little to no response or extremely inflated prices. I then contacted Ted's plumbing and I am SO GLAD I did. Ted and Nick came out to look at the issue very quickly and began the work right away. The prices were so fair and reasonable and he EVEN gave me a receipt for the parts he purchased for the repair. On top of that, the repairs look amazing and both Ted and Nick were very friendly, considerate and professional. I would highly recommend Ted's Plumbing for your plumbing needs and I will be using them in the future. It is so wonderful during the current economy when people are struggling to find a company that seems to truly care about their customers and the work they do. I had a leak in the front yard from the sprinkler pipes. Ted took my call on a Friday night and scheduled for 7;30am on saturday. He showed up on time and finished the job in a few hours. Price is reasonable and Ted is an honest plumber that gets the job done in a timely manner. Thank you Ted!

I've had a number of issues occur over the last couple months (broken water pressure regulator, toilet issues, and backed up sink). Ted has been super helpful and he's a genuinely nice guy. I have zero regrets choosing him over any of the big names. He gives a more personal touch at a super reasonable cost. When my toilet hose cap sheered and nearly flooded my bathroom, he came out to my house at 5:00 am and only took about 10 minutes to get here. He took me to Home Depot, explained what the issues are that I'm dealing with, and didn't mind my questions. Absolutely recommend Ted!
