I called to request someone come to my house and give me an estimate for some work I needed done. The tech I spoke with on the phone stated he would be over to my house the next day. Not only did he not show up he did not and has not contacted me yet. It is now 4 days later. I even text him to ask for an update on my service call. No response. I am not sure about the quality of their work but I can tell you their customer service is TERRIBLE.

Rip off. Came to find a leak that ended up being right under the furnace, and instead of opening the furnace to check they cut an unnecessary hole in the drywall. Charged $150 for 20 minutes to essentially say, well at least we found it.. didn't clean up anything and left the trash in our front yard. Steer clear!

Had a broken pop up drain pipe and P-Trap clog issues under the master bathroom sink. Ted came carefully assessed the breakage and was able to keep the original pop up assembly and drain gold trim pieces intact. The home depot products were not a perfect match so he just used a few critical pipe pieces and completely replaced the P-Trap. End result, our sink drains freely and no leaks from the new hardware. Ted is our go to plumbing guy!

Called Ted about 11am and he answered. My new washing machine couldnt be hooked up because the water kept flowing from the hot water valve even when main water shut off. Asked me a couple of questions and for a picture of my valves. Explained the problem and the cost. Showed up in under an hour. Fixed it and hooked up my new washer and dryer. Very pleasant person. Very happy customer!

Ted just switched a hose bibb at my house and not only was he VERY reasonably priced, he's very hones, personable, and straight forward. I will be recommending him to ALL of my friends and family in the area.

Requested a quote from the list of Yelp plumbers and Ted was the first to respond. He called asking for some detail and photos of the problem to be able to give an estimate over the phone. Price was resonable and he scheduled to come out the next day. I had to be at work, but Ted was easy to work with via text and phone. He let himself in, fixed the problem and let himself out. Very happy with the quick resolution. I will definately call Ted in the future with plumbing needs.

Absolutely AMAZING service!!
My family and I had a major meltdown with one of our refrigerator valves to where the water wouldn't shut off no matter what we did! (Turns out we only had to pull down on the knob and not twist it).
Ted's Plumbing answered my call immediately and promptly helped us figure out the problem just through the phone! He was so very patient with us, and stayed on the line to make sure we got everything under control.
I would highly recommend Ted's if you're looking for fast, kind, and helpful plumbing service!

If you need your water heater replaced and you don't call ted, I think you might be sorry. Only charged me for labor. No mark up on any parts. AND he's a really nice guy!

If you are looking for a great, trustworthy plumber with really reasonable pricing, your search is over! I had a shower valve that needed to be replaced in my front bathroom and was having a heck of a time finding a plumber who was within my budget and not trying to sell me a greater fix than I needed, but also not trying to give me a bandaid fix. I was about to give up when I looked out my front window and saw Ted's Plumbing truck driving by so I figured I'd give him a call and I couldn't be happier that I did! Ted came over to give me a free estimate and it was clear he knows his stuff and is an honest businessman. He explained what he thought was the best fix for my situation and gave me a price that he would stand by, even if it turned out to be more difficult than he was expecting. I can't tell you how much that helped, to know that the estimate I was given was the price I would pay. He was prompt, thorough and clean and I couldn't be happier with the results...I giggled like a school girl when we turned on the shower after the fix, its a real shower again! I'm a customer for life and I highly recommend Ted's Plumbing.
