It is New Years Eve at 7 p.m. and Ted saved the day! My water heater went out yesterday - I spoke to Ted in the afternoon and much to my surprise, he said he could come the very next day, even though it was New Years Eve! His price was less than what a larger company wanted to charge and he was able to come out right away. What a relief it is that I can actually take a hot shower. I'm very grateful.

Middle of a Tuesday afternoon and one of my sprinkler control units failed miserably and water was bursting on the fence but Ted's Plumbing talked me through shutting off the water to just the sprinklers but keep water to the house so i could stop the issue now (new home owner). If anything urgent happens again I'll give them a call. With his guidance i fixed the issue, but if I was unable he could have had a rep/technician over to me in about 2 hours which would've been great. great service & great response time

Ted is the man!!! For three straight days, we tried our best to unclog our kitchen sink (the only thing we did not attempt was to remove the p trap). On the fourth day, we decided to reach out to Ted's Plumbing because we've heard nothing but great things from our friend who uses him all the time.

When I reached him by phone, he was at another customer's house, but he said he would call me back shortly. As promised, Ted gave me a call within an hour.

I explained the situation and he was at our door within 45 minutes.

Soon thereafter, the p trap was off, the clog was removed, the p trap was put back in place securely and our kitchen sink was operational once again!

Thanks, Ted...we will definitely be using you for all of our future plumbing needs!

Ted was awesome. He replied quickly to be inquiry about a bathtub spout copper pipe issue. Next thing I know, he came by two hours later and fixed it in no time flat.

I wouldn't hesitate to call Ted's plumbing again for any future needs.

Called Ted and asked him if he could install a gas line for me for a kitchen remodel. He quoted me and then I told him work was to begin next month and asked him his availability. And I kid you not, he shouted ""WHY ARE YOU CALLING ME NOW?"" I simply hung up. Ted, if you are having a bad day, don't take it out on potential customers. It's unprofessional and will hurt your business. Next time you feel the urge... take a deep breath and relax. You'll feel better

Ted was quick to reply to our call, he was here within a couple of hours and got our sewer lines back working again.
Very friendly and knowledgeable, did great work.

Ted's level of service is great! I had a 1950s bathroom sink vanity that was a monster of a job. Probably more than Ted initially anticipated, but he was happy to demo, customization of my new vanity and ensured plumbing updated appropriately. What I appreciated most he was so conscientious to clean as he worked, always made sure I was informed and comfortable with whatever changes he was making. Reasonably priced, and he arrived with a mask which is so kind and respectful as well. Like I said excellent service.

Called for a quote. The receptionist said I would receive a call back in a few minutes. No call back ever came. I called the back twice the next day and received ""full message box"" with no chance to leave a message.
