Amazing people here!!! it seems like a smaller business that really cares, I love helping out businesses like this. When my hot water quit working I was super super stressed out I was worried I wouldn't be able to get anyone to come out to my place the same day the only time I could meet up with someone was after I got back in the evening I'm so thankful they offered to send out a plumber even after their normal work hours, and so that they could get me an appointment! Their plumber was so nice and even gave me a small price drop since the job was easier than he expected, thank you so much these are the best guys for water heater troubles for sure

Teddy's water heater repair has it all. They had great service any type of tools to repair your water heater and incomparable prices. Keith was great . He scanned my water heater for the problem and within minutes figured out the solution to it. He replaced the thermocouple and got my water heater back up and running in no time. He had his office send me my receipt right away. They have a customer for life. Best service and plumbers around town!!!!

I had to call being I had an urgent need literally get a plumber at the moments notice. Obviously I didn't wanna go days without having a hot shower or being able to wash dishes. Teddy's was kinda the first place I called and hoped this wouldnt be a nightmare to get a hold of someone or get screwed over.

To my relief I called and Teddy actually answered then was so nice and certain he could get me a next day Saturday appointment! He even was open to me calling around and cancel on him but I was sold and liked how human and understanding he is. I call a couple spots but they were generic as usual. He gave me an estimate and kept the appointment.

So the plumber came the next day and was done in 1hr.
Floored and that's how it should be. One and done. If you need help you should call for sure.

My water heater gave out a few days ago (as so I thought it did). I was pretty upset especially at the fact that I had just put a new one not too long ago. I had been scrambling through yelp and came across Teddy's. I saw all the great reviews and decided to give it a try myself. So I did and wow, I was extremely satisfied w/ the service they provided. This company takes their time in figuring out the problem, and the prices are extremely reasonable. They don't push no add ons, they tell you right then and there the problem. No pressure from them what so ever and that's what made me feel comfortable going with them. So 5 stars for customer service, 5 stars for outstanding work, and 5 stars for extremely reliable!! They were able to correct the problem I had.

I want to give it up to the customer service here and the help! Keith is very attentive and he's amazing at what he does. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. I am not that informed with anything but Keith was. He made sure to show me everything step by step and again really knows what he is doing. He showed me what was wrong and better ways to the water heater. Good tips and well worth every penny! I would definitely call them again and recommend them to everyone. Keith was amazing I was very satisfied and buying a new water heater was again well worth it because of the type of customer service that it comes with! Thanks again

I'm writing this review to say that i am very pleased with the service i received at Teddy's water heater repair!! I called on Sunday and was able to get an appointment for the next day! My heater stopped working and my landlord was out of the country. I'm anemic and i live alone so i was NOT about to wait until after the holidays for my heater to work! Not only was the service quick and successful, but Dave was hilarious and so friendly! We had such great convo. I really only write reviews when i feel like i got great service and Teddy's is top notch. Prices are very reasonable too. Currently sitting in my warm room. :)

I had the best BEST EXPERIENCE with Teddy's Water Heater Repair!!!

If you are someone who feels distrustful of the bids or hoops you must jump through for competent, responsive, honest work please call Teddy!

I had a 40+ year old water heater that had increasing leaking and more frequent problems with the pilot light.

I had called over the years to other water heater places asking for pilot lights to be relit but EVERYONE demanded they would not re-light such an old unit. Quotes I was getting over the phone were insane! It's a small house and my budget just couldn't stretch. One time I even had a handyman out to the house for other work and I'm pretty sure he PUT OUT the pilot light while I was gone and was adamant I needed to replace such an old unit. I was sure he saw an opportunity to make some extra cash. As a woman, I felt like I was always being talked down to and possibly even taken advantage of.

Enter Teddy's!!! I contacted over Yelp and within a couple minutes had a polite email-- with no weird requests or stipulations.

Another service provider got back to me with a really aggressive tone demanding to see photos, etc, but I work and wasn't able to send.

Teddy, on the other hand, had an exceptionally calm and understanding demeanor over the phone.

He didn't pressure me into a new unit right away but when I asked him how much a new install would cost he was significantly more affordable than anyone I had conversed with over the last year.

The very next morning he sent out Sam who was equally as calm and kind who did a fabulous job taking out my old water heater and even clearing a root system that had grown into the exterior closet!

Needless to say, after a hot shower this morning I just want everyone who feels tired of know-it-all service people that Teddy and his crew had the expertise without the attitude!

I called them in the late afternoon and they came over around 5pm and did an entire new water heater install within an hour (maybe a tiny bit over)!!  I was so impressed by their service, can't believe how fast they were not only in giving me an appointment last minute, but also with the installation.  All of the guys were really helpful too.  They helped me choose what kind of water heater I should get with all of the reasons why.  Sure, they were just a little more expensive than some other guys, but not a lot and for this service it's worth every penny.  Thank you so much Teddy's Water Heater Repair!  Your service is above and beyond and I'll call you for all future needs as well as recommend you to everyone I know!

I called Teddy's because I had no hot water! I called a different repair company(I won't say their name) and they quoted me an outrageous price to fix my water heater. When I called I left a message and was worried I wouldn't get a call back right away! They called me back right away and said they would send Dave in the morning. I had to have him come in early in the morning before work and boom he was on time. He was so detailed with what the issue was which made me feel better! It took him only 15 minutes to get the water heater fixed! He also told me what exactly to do to prevent this issue!

Anytime anyone has an issue with their water heater I will give them their number and make sure they ask for Dave! I am excited there is a company out here that will not be dishonest and overcharge. I noticed most companies who see a woman who lives alone and doesn't know much about what's going on, however I am glad I was able to trust Dave and Teddy's!

If there was an award for excellence I would definitely give them one!
