Our water heater died around the holidays, and we were having trouble getting installers and our HOA to give us a straight answer about how to install according to code. We had to get a hotel room for a hot shower.

Teddy came within a day and got the job done. He arrived when he said he would and charged what he quoted me and finished quickly.

Back when I lived in my first house in Van Nuys my hot water stopped working just as COVID was starting. My landlord recommended Teddy's Water Heater Repair so I gave them a call. They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and timely to make an appointment. Teddy was able to come the next morning and informed me that our water heater would need to be replaced. He was able to replace the water heater the same day and for a very fair price. Since it was the start of the pandemic, he carefully followed all COVID protocols, which was of course appreciated. I Would highly recommend supporting this local business to anyone in the Valley that needs a water heater repair or replacement.

Keith was amazing. I had called and scheduled for our hot water heater to be replaced but then something came up. He knew I was out of hot water so he actually moved another appointment around so he could fit me in next day. I was so happy he got me with rescheduling so quickly! I was a little anxious about the water heater repair i needed done as i have never had to deal with this before but from the moment i called Teddy's until the repair was all done it was pleasant and professional all throughout! You have to book our tech Dave! Simply put, they are genuine people who care about their customers and making sure they are happy. I was really trying to find someone to help me repair my hot water heater before the weekend began and it seems like everyone was booked up or just not answering their phones. When I finally called Teddy's Water Heater Repair, they made sure to take care of me within just a few hours of calling.

When the technician came to my house, he was very kind and made sure I knew the price and what he was going to do before he started. I really appreciated that.

I'm really happy this company was able to repair my hot water heater so quickly and I wanted to write this review so that hopefully other people can see this and get just as great as an experience as me.

I called around to a few plumbers and water heater repair places. These guys are the ones the use!!! I was in a hurry and Teddy replaced my water heater and hauled away the old one in less than 50 minutes. Teddy is a great plumber who knows what he's doing. They were seriously SO good here. It was my first experience using any type of company like this and they made it a good one. I needed a new hot water heater and Teddy came out the next morning to replace it. I was shocked at how fast he got the job done. My water heater went literally out of nowhere and with 2 small children not having hot water is definitely an issue. I came across This company and thought I would give them a shot. When I called the man who answered the phone was kind, was able to answer all of my questions and send a technician out within a couple of hours. When Keith arrived to my home He was professional, verbally walked me through the repair process and got to work. He was great at explaining what the problem was in easy to understand terms. He was extremely efficient, left no mess and was affordable. Hands down a great experience.
