Water heater suddenly stopped working so I found Teddy's Water Heater on Yelp. Decided to give them a call because of the reviews and Teddy's did not disappoint! Called them on slate Sunday afternoon and was able to get an appointment for the next morning.
Teddy explained what problems I might have and my options without feeling pressured to buy or do anything. Ended up replacing my water heater because it was getting old and didn't want to deal w/ other issues, so we had Sam, one of Teddy's guys come and replace our water heater. Sam was friendly, punctual and professional. Was in and out with in an hour or so. Explained what he did, what to expect and left the place cleaner than it was when he arrived!
Would highly recommend Teddy's if your in need of a new water heater or to have it checked and repaired.

My water heater was leaking so I needed someone to come help fix it before it flooded my house. I reached out to Teddy's water heater repair based on what I had read in prior yelp reviews. They were able to quickly schedule a time when they could come out to help fix my issue. One of the pipes leading to my water heater had corroded and needed to be replaced which they were able to quickly and inexpensively replace. They showed up when they said they would, worked quickly, and did not try to upsell me. Hopefully my water heater does not have issues in the future, but if it did I would go with them again.

My 90 year-old mom's water heater died late Tuesday afternoon. Called Teddy's Water Heater Repair and they worked my mom's repair in on Wednesday morning! Super-fast replacement of her water heater at a very competitive price. Very grateful that they worked her repair in so quickly considering her age and need for hot water. Our water heater died around the holidays, and we were having trouble getting installers and our HOA to give us a straight answer about how to install according to code. We had to get a hotel room for a hot shower.

Back when I lived in my first house in Van Nuys my hot water stopped working just as COVID was starting. My landlord recommended Teddy's Water Heater Repair so I gave them a call. They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and timely to make an appointment. Teddy was able to come the next morning and informed me that our water heater would need to be replaced.
