The week after Thanksgiving kitchen sink that was already slow decided enough and it wouldn't drain. This was a Monday morning searched the neighborhood recommendations and choose two. Called Ted first, left a voice. He returned the call within 30 minutes. He had a busy day putting in toilets, etc but told me late afternoon. 3:00 He arrived and fixed my sink. Checked out my pipes underneath, gave me some future advice. Very professional, trustworthy and personable guy.

I just had Ted Dean Plumbing replace an old toilet with a low-flush model and a bidet. Ted also replaced the valve under the toilet because the old valve had corroded and the handle had fallen off. Ted came and measured out the old toilet and came back in a couple of days to do the install. Everything was done quickly and neatly. He hauled out the old toilet as well. Very professional through and through, from the installation to the finished product.

I've done business with this family over the years and what I loved the most is their honesty. I had problems with my drainage over the years. Pipes would back up and it was not fun. They fixed this problem for me by updating my drainage pipe. They are fair, reasonable and knowledgeable. When I recently called to ask about a tankless water heater, Ted called me, left a message, and then gave a follow up call after I left another message. He was objective in explaining the installation process giving both sides of the picture. This was very helpful for me as a homeowner. I knew he was educating me and not just selling me so he could make a quick buck. That's what we need! Went through Angies List to find a qualified Plummer. What a mistake. The other plumbing service gave a pricey solution to a drain clog problem. Neighbor recommended Ted Dean Plumbing. Assured me that the Dean's were honest and top quality. After Ted came out, I absolutely agree. Top quality, honest in pricing and took time to explain all options clearly. I had complete peace of mind upon his departure. I would definitely call them first next time. They absolutely deserve 5 stars, 10 if I could give them!

Good quality work and that's because these are good quality people.

I had my main line shear off the water meter (unfortunately for me it was on my end of the water meter so I had to be responsible for the fix) Craig and Ted came out and assess the issue quickly and provide a step by step resolution.

Added a new cooper connection as the existing connection was brass to schedule 40 piping.

Good to know we have a quality,reliable and craftsmanship plumber in our area.
