I first called these guys almost a year ago when my bathroom sink was completely clogged and would not drain. My boyfriend found them on Yelp with many good reviews so I called. I have not been disappointed once. They not only cleared the sink quickly, they also replaced a valve for my bath/shower which no longer had any pressure - not even enough to divert the water to the shower head. They showed me the old valve and how the design of that valve was flawed which is why I eventually had no pressure and we talked about how they prefer Delta and I was convinced I would replace all my fixtures with Delta when I started my remodel plans - I have had lots of issues with all of my fixtures. They explained everything at every step. Craig and Ted are great plumbers and great people. Since that day last May they have referred me to a great re-pipe company which I had replace the shower valve with Delta with the re-pipe. I have had them back to snake my tub drain - which we were amazed to find that the contractor hadn't removed the plastic from the new drain stopper when I had a new tub and shower wall put in over 7 years ago - good people really are hard to find! Next they replaced the toilet and the bath vanity top/sink and I got a new Delta faucet just last week. They just left today after putting all new drains and pipes under my kitchen sink, hooked up my new garbage disposer, and attached everything to my counter after my new cabinets, counter, and sink were installed - with a new Delta kitchen faucet - of course. I never have a problem paying a fair price for a job done well - and that is what you get with Ted Dean Plumbing - a fair price and a job done well! They are my plumbers.

I have been a loyal customer of Ted Dean Plumbing for over 25 years. They are an amazing family owned business that you can count on for honest, reliable plumbing services! They have always come out at the drop of a dime when called. What I like most about them is that they give you multiple options and their best advice that will work best in your situation. I have always found that their best advice is the best option for me and they make sure that the job is done professionally and correctly before they leave! This is a team with integrity. Against my wife's advice, i called Ted Dean to clear a stoppage in the same line they had cleared in the past, i should have listened to her!
On one trip we had to remove a wall because they couldn't get their rooter blade thru,(other plumbers in the past had), then they installed a hot water circulating pump but did not tighten it properly and the constant leak caused destruction of the bottom of the cabinet,(the other plumber said it was only hand tightened), but even with all of the above i called them out for a stoppage and the rooter bill was $295, i learned my lesson, next time i will call out one of the rooter people and save over $200!

Ted Dean Plumbing came to the rescue when I could see that all was not well in my basement which is where the water heater is located. The spewing water heater had flooded the basement and boy, what a mess. Ted and Craig certainly rode to my rescue. Ted and Craig are everything the prior reviewers say they are, and than some.

I highly recommend Ted Dean Plumbing. They got me out of a bad situation when the main line from the meter to my house needed replacing. They attended to this emergency immediately. They are a hard working family business, very conscientious, and very reasonable rates. I highly recommend them. You can have no doubts when they're on the job.

I gave the Deans a couple of reasons to make extra money off of me if they were inclined to gouge. THEY WILL NOT SELL YOU WHAT YOU DON'T NEED!

I needed my Toilet leak fixed, and the floor replaced. The Deans coordinated with a flooring guy, and I had the floor and toilet fixed in one day.

If you're looking for honest and reliable...look no further. I would definitely call again.

I heard water running somewhere in my house this a.m. and discovered a pipe spewing water, under my house, which backed up to my bedroom...yikes! My neighbor shut off my water at the main and gave me the # for Ted Dean plumbing. They were able to come out a couple of hours later, fixed the pipe and had me up and running by mid afternoon. They were really reasonably priced, very professional while giving me hometown personal service. I will definitely use them again. So many times contractors come up my hill, see a nice neighborhood and charge what my contractor brother calls RTO (right to overcharge), this did not happen with TD. Thank you Craig and Ted!
