I woke up to water leak under my sink from a water filter system and couldn't turn the water valve off. I had never heard of Tech Plumbing but am so happy I used them. The young guy was wonderful. when you have no customer service, you have no business being in business. This company was selected by my home warranty company to repair a valve in my shower. The tech stated he could not go thru the tile but could cut a hole in my wall and replace the valve. He claimed the warranty company would repair the wall and there was no need to call the warranty company. The warranty company stated they had no one to do the repair but they would give me $100.00 Three bids indicated the least expensive $225. I've called this company numerous times and been told a responsible person would call back but they never have. I wrote a letter requesting some sort of response.....ll nothing. a company that lies about their job and won't respond when asked does not deserve your business

My AC was working great, keeping the house very cool, but I had a clogged condensation hose that was causing the condensation to back up and flood out of the HVAC closet. With everyone I spoke with at Tech, I explained that I simply needed the condensate hose cleared and/or replaced. I waited a week and a half for an appointment, they were a no-show for the service window but called me later that night, I explained again what I needed, and the ""supervisor"" promised they would have someone out on Monday.
On Monday, I had to call them again, and they sent a guy who could not work on HVAC units! They promised to get someone out the next day, but I had to call again, and even though they promised they would call back within five minutes, they did not. I had to call twice more, insisting they prioritize my appointment because I am disabled nn was sick from two weeks without AC during nearly 100° heat. I again reiterated the repair needed.
The next morning, that ""supervisor"" arrived, but he insisted I needed a new air conditioner. Once again I explained what I wanted him to do, what needed fixed, but he wouldn't pursue it. Though the office had promised a full appointment, with enough time to fix my problem, the guy left after about 30 minutes, telling me the office would call to schedule me for a (different) repair- - or a new AC - - and it wouldn't be able to be done for another week or two, so my problem went unresolved again. The office never did call me, which was fine--I had had enough of these guys' BS.
I ENDED UP FIXING THE PROBLEM MYSELF, FOR FREE. IT WAS SIMPLER TO RECTIFY THAN I'D EVEN EXPECTED, AND IT WAS EXACTLY WHAT I'D TOLD THEM IT WAS: THE CONDENSATION HOSE WAS CLOGGED.

UPDATE: 20 days after I posted this review, Tech sent me an apology letter which included a gift card to a nice local restaurant. I appreciated that, and I feel the apology was sincere and they are trying to improve their service and win back disgruntled customers.

My water heater went out Monday evening. Call Tech Plumbing and was immediately impressed with Kenna who I sent pictures of the water heater. She had someone at my house first thing Tuesday. Roberto was very informative and professional. Roberto told me the water heater was 20 years old. We discussed the best way to put in a new one and bring everything up to code. He came back Wednesday and within 3 hours my water heater was up and running.
I have never had such satisfaction and professional installation by any company. The installation was a work of art! I will make sure when asked who should you call? Call Tech Plumbing and Heating!! Ask for Roberto.

We had a leak in our washing machine valve. Our home warranty sent Tech Plumbing & Heating to our home. They cut the washing machine valve outlet box rather than removing it before installing the new connectors and valves. They also left a large mess of drywall on the floor and promptly left the job without saying anything. I called the company to send them back to replace the washer valve outlet box and reconnect everything. The guy told me he didn't have a new washer valve outlet box to replace the one he cut. Then he said he didn't have any tools to complete the job. Then he asked if he could borrow my tools and some screws. Then he got frustrated that I didn't have items for him to borrow and said that he was going to report back to my insurance company that the original set up was an improper install so that he wouldn't have to fix it. He then said, ""I'm washing my hands of this job"". I called Tech Plumbing & Heating to explain that their worker left the job and is refusing to fix the mistake he made and instead threatened to report a false claim to the insurance company in order to avoid fixing his mistake. They told me they would call me back and never returned my call.

Each time we have called, the person we spoke with was friendly and was able to schedule us within a week. The technicians have also been friendly and professional, calling us when they are on their way, and they complete the job well and in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company!

We were having trouble with getting error codes on our tankless hot water heater. They sent a person out that looked at it for 10 minutes. Did not open the unit up. Did not put a gas pressure meter on the supply line to the heater. Yet told me in his greater knowledge that we needed a dedicated gas line to the water heater. I called the water heater manufacturer and they said that was incorrect unless the gauge did not show We had the minimum pressure required. We called out a company that actually knew what they were doing and found the dips in the circuit board were set to sea level instead of 4500 feet above sea level. Also found a bad sensor on the unit. Called Tech plumbing and told them and asked for a refund they said to bad so sad. I learned to only call out union plumbers.

Sierra was very nice on the phone and told me that they did not have any appointments available for the day I called and I called at about noon. She said she would call me if something opened up and she did at about 2pm, She sent Denton out right away. He was at my house in 15 minutes. Denton was Bitchen, Awesome young man and he took care of my clogged drain pipe and was done within one hour even with me talking his ear off. Great company great employees. In these crazy times were lots of people are rude and customer service seems to be gone these guys Rocked it. Thank You
