Tech Plumbing was referred to us through our home warranty company.
We had to go through two previous plumbing companies to finally get someone who knew what was going on with our home.

I don't have the patience for poorly run businesses. Some of the home service companies in Reno are getting a bit complacent about customer service because they have all the work they need.

Matt, from Tech Plumbing came out and immediately knew our pressure from the street was a bit too high, resulting in wear and tear on all fixture cartridges. Matt also always gave a courtesy call when he was 20 minutes away. I greatly appreciated that!

The company is very well run, and offers excellent customer service.

We had a broken Water/Sewer pipe under our house We discovered it on a Monday evening after detecting a bad odor emitting from under our house and spreading into the kitchen and laundry rooms. A friend braved going under the house to make the gruesome discovery. We were unable to use running water in the house which includes bath and toilet use. We reported the incident to our insurance agent. We checked into a hotel room and our agent contacted Tech Plumbing as he has used them for 15 years. Daniel from Tech made it to us on Tuesday at 3pm and the job was completed by 5pm. RELIEF! Our kudos to Daniel, Barbie, Shalene and to Alan for a great follow up appointment. Thanks Tech Plumbing!!!!

My boss had a hose bib replaced by Daniel. He was so polite on the phone and on the job. He was on time and very professional. He took the time to make sure everything was working properly before he left. Nice to see that kind of work ethic in the younger generation. Keep up the great work! My home warranty company chose this company to replace our water heater. The only positive thing I have to say, is that Charlene was very nice on the phone. We had just bought a house and didn't know that the water heater was so old it was not up to code. The repair man shows up (an hour late, with no courtesy call) and he doesn't even introduce himself. He then continues to throw a MASSIVE fit-- cussing, kicking, throwing things. I'm assuming it was because no one told him it would be a big job, but it made me so uncomfortable, I called my father-in-law to come sit with. It took him 5 hours to install the water heater and update everything to code (cussing and slamming things the whole day) and he even put a hole in my living room wall.
He left, said he would fix the hole. I called the next day to complain, and asked for a different tech to fix the hole, and there was no discount offered, just that the tech would be talked to.
2 weeks later, I get a call on a Friday that someone would be out on Monday to fix the hole... nobody showed up. My husband got so fed up that he fixed it himself.
the hot water works, and that's about all I can say for this experience.
I wouldn't recommend this company to ANYBODY
