In the review dated one month ago, I mis-identified Andrew who was the technician---the Supervisor who I spoke with was Kenny.
This complaint was addressed by the Operations Manager, Monica, who resolved the situation with a total refund.

Good customer service, good price. Tech Tristan was knowledgeable and explained process. Cleaned up mess and was very courteous. Will definitely call Team Rooter again and will be asking for Tristan.

Called for leaking bathroom sink. Technician was suppose to come between 11-1. No call about any delay. I had to call to find out technician was ""delayed"" at a job site. A person did not come until after 3. This was a Saturday and pretty much trashed the whole day for us. Then, a part had to be ordered. An appointment was made for the following Friday between 1-3 Pm. Again no one showed up and I ended up having to call several times to finally get an answer at 3:30 that the technician was not coming because the part was not on hand. Dont know why they made and confirmed an appointment and why they did not call me to let me know this prior to the appointment. I had to chase them down. Again my time was not considered important. We will see what happens as they have scheduled another appointment for this coming Thursday. Curious as to what discount they will offer to compensate for all my time that was wasted. Will post about the actual workmanship if it EVER gets done.

Called multiple companies who had different theories about our issue. Experience matters, professionalism is key, and the team here did a thorough analysis, found the issue solved it same day. Will 100% use them again.

I truly never want to leave such a harsh review for a company doing their best but this company... truly isn't doing their best.
I had called multiple companies before I was directed to team rooter. I was given their number from Anderson and I was honestly at wits end
It was 11pm, right before a bit storm was about to hit San Diego and all of my sinks were overflowing and spewing water everywhere. Water covered my kitchen, my bathroom and my hallways. I expressed my absolute desperation and all I got was "" oh ya. I'll have someone call you""
They had my number, my name, my address and frantic needs... and yet.....nothing!
I wait an hour and nothing
I call again at midnight- I speak with the SAME person who assured me ONCE again that I would get a call asap......
Nothing.
It's now 1am and my sinks are still full. I'm still using all of the towels in my house to keep it under control and this company has their technicians elsewhere.
Is that a crime? Nah. Never. I'm not the prince of Monaco. I'm not the prezzy of the US!
But telling me I can rely on you during not one but THREE different phone calls.......

Your company never came
You never called back
You never helped
And I really really needed your help.

So now I will flex the one muscle I have and leave a bad review.
Because Im desperately battling something your company could have easily helped with.

Kitchen sink clog/slow drain after a minute or two of running water.
Luke came out and provided drain cleaning using a powered augur and was very respectful and informative.

Team Rooter sent Victor out to help us with a clogged kitchen drain in a 2-year old home. Victor's photo was sent over so that I know who to expect and he called promptly with an ETA. Victor is knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. This job turned out to be a much bigger one than we could have imagined. He tried snaking out the clog but it wouldn't budge. After talking to the original plumber we discovered a number of issues that made the job much more difficult. We ended up having a team of 3 people including Kenny (Victor's supervisor, and also a great guy who stayed late on a Friday afternoon and set aside his personal plans). Together, the team figured out how to clean out the blockage, including needing to installed a new clean out under the house to access the clog, used a jetter, and then used their camera to both check the pipes and show me where the installer needs to fix a few issues. Thank you so much to the entire team!

They are fast and so far I feel comfortable with them.
