I called them yesterday evening and they came today . We had an emergency clog They arrived a few minutes early .
They fixed the clog for the outside drain into the bathroom
There were 2 technicians.
It took about 2 hours from start to finish . They did an excellent job for a great price and we will hire them again to help replace a main pipe in the near future.

I had a great experience with Team Rooter. I saw their ad in a mailer magazine, after getting quotes from another company and then hearing that they ""contract out"" hydro jetting and upcharged that price,I knew I had to find someone else. Thats when I called Team Rooter. They were able to get me into their schedule quickly, they communicated clearly (txt messages with photos of who was coming and email reminders) and when they had unforeseen delays they were still able to come out the same day. Alex did a great job hydrojetting, they also honored the advertised price (sometimes other companies just use that as bait to get you as a customer, not Team Rooter.) Camera inspection was included in price! but due to it being late in the day it couldn't be completed that day, no problem. Alex had checked that the issue was resolved but seeing it on camera would give me peace of mind. The next day Kenny came out did a camera inspection, explaining everything along the way. He also discussed in order of importance the next steps we should do for preventative measures. I so appreciated this, there was no pressure, just honest work. Hopefully I won't need to call a plumber for a while but when I do, I know who to call. Thank you Team Rooter for the great experience.

I rarely write a bad reviews especially during times like this. But this company did a terrible job at my rental property. One of the bathrooms was clogged, i schedule team rooter to go over there and unclogged the bathroom sink. Right when he got there, they called me and told me they're unable to unclogged the sink using the hand tool and would need to use a machine to get the job done. However, they're NOT responsible for any damage that's done to the pipe if I decide to give them the okay. I asked what are my other options, they said to pay $1600 for a hydro jet service...so my $80 unclogged sink job just became a $1600 hydro jet job. I told them that's not a feasible option for a bathroom sink, so I was somewhat forced to provide them the approval to use the machine on my sink and take the chance of them damaging the pipe. After 3 hours, I didn't hear from them so I reached out to my tenant, my tenant they couldn't unclogged and will call me to explain why..I waited for 2 days for call and never heard from them. I decided to message them on Yelp(see my imagine attached), their response was someone will get back to me right away and tell me what happened to the drain...and what do I get in the email 30mins later? A work order with zero explanation for hydro jet for $1,600...are you kidding me?! There are many good companies out there, this one is not it, stay away from them. The management team really needs to train your employees how to follow up with customers!

Needed a sink unclogged...they unclogged it. Pretty straightforward transaction. :) They found a piece of plastic & some glitter...suggested a new garbage disposal (I think the mystery plastic broke it) & said they could install it if I'd like...I guess I'll add that to my list.

We had a bathtub faucet break and we had to shut off the water to the entire home. Team Rooter was able to come out the next day, others quoted me three days or more. Rigo was professional and friendly and completed the job well. Easy scheduling on the phone.

Their customer service was excellent, they sent me a text me know that the tech was on the way with even a photo of the tech that was showing up.
