Wanted $2500 to disconnect/reconnect a tankless water-heater for an identical swap-out with a new unit I already picked up for warranty purposes. Would have amounted to a disconnection/reconnection of 2 water lines (already in place) and one gas line. Approximately 30-60 minutes maximum labor.

Next quote came in over the phone as he was leaving at $350-450.

Alex showed up at my house less than 30 minutes after I called. He tried getting access to the drain clog I had through an external clean out that had some routing challenges. He called in a senior technician (Kenny) who was on site within 10-15 minutes and they both successfully routed the snake rooter through the pipes and cleared out the clog. Furthermore, Kenny used a camera to make sure the clog didn't cause a block in the main line. Despite this additional work they only charged me the original quoted price for the drain removal and did not upcharge. Based on the rapid response, quick escalation, resolution and additional verification of the work, I'd highly recommend these folks for any plumbing needs they can meet. Outstanding!

The only reason I'm giving this place a 2 star is because the technician was timely and professional . They tried to charge me $2300 for a job I got done for $450 from another plumber with 5* rating on Yelp . Make sure you get a couple estimates before going with this company

Kenny and Kevin coordinated efforts to fix our clogged drain. They replaced old cast iron pipes that had corroded. They were very professional, hardworking, reliable, and we were pleased with their work.

I had previously used Team Rooter for a blocked sewer line. So, when I had a leaking water heater I called Steven A. as he was my previous contact. On a Saturday Steven called me back almost immediately to say he was sending a technician and would be there within an hour.
The water heater needed replacement as thought so a new one brought in and replaced the same day. As usual, this technician was also neat clean and wore shoe protection over his shoes .
So refreshing to work with people who really know the business and treat you like family.
I can't say enough good things about this company and te hnicans like Steven A. set the example of great workmanship and a proud employee.

I initially had this company come out last year and they snaked my large main drain. Were fast and affordable so I gave them an excellent review .

Fast forward to today Jan 2021.

I contacted them for a small plumbing pipe repair thinking these guys will be awesome again. Nope

They scheduled me 2 days after my request giving me a 2 hour window to come by amd stated they would call or text 30 mins before the service.

I waited and 10 mins before the end of the 2 hour window I called them and asked where the technician was. The representative said ""oh sorry we are short handed and they should have contacted you "" then cancelled my appointment.

They then offered me a 10% discount to come out the following day and again late late in the day with another 2 hour window.

I got up early. Went to the local hardware store and got a simple clamp and piece of rubber and fixed my leaking pipe in 15 mins amd for $4.

I understand Covid has affected a lot of business but wouldn't you think a business would be more inclined to excel or go above and beyond or at least call you back for a service that was not going to happen. #disapponted

We were looking to get a outdoor hose bib replaced and were reaching out to a lot of different plumbing companies to get estimates. Team Rooter was highly responsive to our initial requests and put us directly in touch with their supervisor so we could get a general estimate. It was a relatively straight forward task and getting a ballpark estimate over the phone was nice. Some of the other companies wanted us to wait 2 weeks to send someone out for an estimate.

Their pricing wasn't the cheapest and was in the middle region of the estimates we received. But they warranty their work for 5 years so we thought it was worth it. They sent someone out the same day. He came and took a look, we discussed how the repair would go and he immediately drove to Ferguson to pick up parts and completed it that day.

Both existing hose bibs were soldered on so they had to remove the existing fitting and solder on new threaded connectors which could more easily accept replacement bibs in the future. My only complaint is the appearance of the work. One bib came out looking fine but the other which also required replacement of a section of pipe wasn't the prettiest. The surrounding stucco was discolored from the torch and the solder lines were not clean at all. In the end, both are functional and I suppose that's the most important thing.

We had a leaky hose bib on the side of the house which needed replacing & was long overdue. Scheduling with them was SO EASY & EFFICIENT via Yelp Messages where I requested a quote. Mo messaged me back & forth with clear responses & quickly scheduled us for the next day in the afternoon. We got text message confirmations of our appointment and info about the technician who would be coming to our home. Mo & her staff were patient with us and answered all our questions. She did not hesitate to call me back immediately when she missed my call.

Our technician was Felipe & he was very professional. He arrived and asked whether the job was inside or outside. I think he had shoe coverings just in case but our job was outside. We all wore masks. He was patient & explained the whole process in detail. He answered all our questions about it. Felipe assessed our needs, went out to buy the materials, then went to work. Everything was done in about 2ish hours, I'd say. He was polite and knowledgeable.

The only small issues we had was we pressed them for a quote on the phone with details of the job & then we ended up having to pay more upon Felipe assessing what was going on in person. But we believe the pricing was still fair & Felipe explained the cost difference in detail to us. Also, our regulator ended up leaking after he turned the water back on, but it was likely due to them being old, and not to do with the job.

Overall, I'd recommend Team Rooter! Plus, they offer 5 year guarantee on their work which gave us peace of mind.
