We live in a condo and our kitchen sink backed up. We called Team Rooter. They quickly sent two people over to assess and hopefully to unclog the drain. The two plumbers worked for 45-60 minutes trying unsuccessfully to unclog the drain. They said we needed a hydro jetting treatment to unclog the drain, which they said costs over 500.00 and indicated it may be a community pipe issue. Neither of those things were true. We didn't need the expensive hydrojetting and it was not a community pipe issue. The Team Rooter Duo left promising to provide a quote for an expensive service we didn't need. Fortunately for us We never got the quote despite two phone calls we made requesting the quote. Team Rooter also left us with the mucky mess they made as a result of their attempts to unclog the drain. We called Anderson Plumbing late the same night. They sent a plumber over first thing in the morning. The tech unclogged the drain without hydro jetting and cleaned up the mess for a very reasonable price. I know what company I won't recommend (Team Rooter) and what company I will recommend and call again (Anderson Plumbing)

We had Anthony from Team Rooter over for slow bathtub drainage at this old house we are renting.
There are underlying main line issues that we need the landlords consent to fix but he was still able to help us resolve the drainage and was very professional throughout the service. They also emailed us pictures regarding the main issue and estimate needed to be forwarded to our landlord. His supervisor came out and was really knowledgeable and helpful as well. We also got help with our bathroom sink that had similar issues and had to still only pay the original quote. Would definitely use this service again.

The lateral line at my Clairemont house was backing up and causing serious issues with my tenants. On late Sunday night, Steve with Team Rooter was able to come out and address the problem, giving the tenants (and me) relief for the night.

The next day, the problem was not resolved, so Steve and the team came out again first thing in the morning to work on the problems (including roots in the pipe and old cast-iron pipes in general). They also replaced some cast-iron piping near the house, matching the cost from competitors.

Throughout the process, Steve and Leo were very accommodating to my questions and concerns, explaining the issues and multiple solutions. They provided updates throughout the process, and even came out to check on the work during the rain to make sure the area was secure, and Steve went above and beyond to make sure that the tenants were taken care of.

From providing relief late on a Sunday night to a relatively large plumbing project, Steve and the team can do it all. Really appreciate finding this company and would recommend to any and everyone.

Fast .dependable, honest service. Tech ( Alex) showed up on time, fixed issue and was billed fairly as estimated for service rendered. He even went as far as addressing and assisting on some collateral plumbing issues. Great service and highest remediations- thank you Team Rooter!
