We had leaking and broken cold water valve under our kitchen sink. Our technician Kevin Z came when free consult was scheduled on time and very professional. He took a look and diagnosed the issue and replaced our valve quickly. The price was reasonable and I definitely recommend Team rooter for any plumbing issues. Very happy with the work Kevin Z did on our house and extremely satisfied with the quality service and technicians from Team rooter.

Chris took my call and was helpful and polite from the start.

Jonathan P came out promptly and was extra polite and professional from the start, introducing himself again, giving me his card, etc. He worked with me on a very tricky problem. He explained the situation in steps and gave me a lot of options to work with. When I needed a slightly different service, he worked with me to find the right solution to fit my needs. He wore booties in the house and smelled clean, not reeking of product or smoke as so many others have in the past.

I was incredibly impressed from start to finish and am happy to recommend them with confidence.

Our dog barking while we were watching tv last night was caused by water appearing on almost all of the floors in the house. in addition, the water was moving indicating a continuing issue.

We called Team Rooter Ventura and Kevin Z arrived shortly. We were exhausted and grossly uncomfortable with the grey water pouring in. Kevin had a smile on his face and said he could help immediately. He quickly located the cause of the flooding,, testing each water source to determine the extent of the problem. Once he had a full picture of what needed to be done, he helped remove as much water as possible. It was almost 2am when he left, promising to be back at 9am this morning with the took to go through a wall and fully repair the pipe that caused the flood.

Kevin is going to be our plumber for a very long time.

Their pricing for minor repairs is outrageously expensive.
To install a new toilet angle valve and supply line was $550!! The cost for parts is $25.
They wanted $525 for 1/2 hour worth of work!!

We Won a FREE Hydro Jet cleaning from Teamrooter at recent Ventura Home show. Israel, Kevin and Aaron showed up on time and were very professional in their demeanor and work. They performed my yard drainage hydrojet cleaning on both sides of my house then inspected the drainage pipes with a camera. Could not have been any more impressed with they thoroughness and service. Will be using again in future and I highly recommend them for all your rooter services.

Last week my water and gas were off, and After a I got home from a bodily fluid heavy day at the hospital I needed to decontaminate myself badly. Erwin got both gas and water back on within 2 hours Some showers are more heavenly than others. Grateful and thankful and thankful hencost wasn't crazy either. Nice, clean and respectful guys.
