I can't express how good Team Rooter is. Israel and Kevin are excellent at their job. We had major work done, we had a lot of areas that had roots in the sewer lines in our front yard. They fixed mistakes by a past company, put the correct dual clean outs in. . Kevin physically worked so hard , he had assistance each day a few days it was Julio and the last day was Carlos they both were great also. Israel who supervised the project came by everyday to make sure everything was going smoothly and to see what needed to be done. When I say Simi Valley Team Rooter went above and beyond.
We had another company come out first and they snaked our line, then told us what needed to be done. My husband and I asked for some written quotes so we could sit down that evening and talk about which option we wanted to do, they never email them. They called the next day and suggested hydro jetting told us their price which was over double the amount of what was Team Rooters price. Days later our lines were backing up again he open the Acorn and there was ad for Team Rooter we called they came out so quickly.
Their prices were fantastic so competitive they were professional and genuinely kind. No pressure sale which I appreciate.

BEWARE !! These guys were very pleasant BUT what they proposed to do AND CHARGE to unclog my drain was potential robbery!!

For a job they we're going to charge me $2,800 for (after a $700 discount). After checking average prices online . I successfully had it done for $750 by another Yelp listed licensed plumber

I had a slab leak, and the guy who came was 1000% sure there were no manifolds behind the water heater. So, he said we had to do a whole-house repipe with a crazy cost estimate. I found another company that helped and found the manifolds, allowing for a partial pipe reroute at a significantly lower cost. The company was either ignorant or dishonest. I would not recommend them to anyone.""

I would like to thank Team Rooter in Simi Valley for their most accommodating efforts with me regarding the recent plumbing issue in my home. Kevin Zamora was the technician dispatched to assist and he was very pleasant beginning with his courtesy call, introduction, and notification of his scheduled ETA. Upon his arrival, Kevin immediately addressed our concerns. After the initial attempt to snake the drain (8ft), it was apparent this was going to require a more extensive approach.

Initially I was concerned given that my family rents this home and it's not always pleasant notifying a landlord of repairs or costs. He provided a quote, and as expected, our landlord wasn't very pleased nor ready to proceed and ultimately declined the service until further notice.

Kevin, taking notice of my disappointment, then informed me that he'd contact his supervisor Israel to seek further guidance.

He then circled back and reassured me that he would do all he could to make sure the work would get done that very evening. Mind you, this was on a Sunday and now nearing 8PM.

After making a few calls between his supervisor and myself, we again contacted my landlord and informed him of the next option and costs. Although he paused, sighed, and ultimately raised my blood pressure... he agreed and gave Kevin the green light to proceed.

Within the hour Kevin returned with his supervisor, Israel, and they immediately began hydro jetting the clogged pipes and effectively removed all blockages and debris.

Great customer service means following best practices like valuing customers' time, having a pleasant attitude, and providing knowledgeable and resourceful resources. Kevin took things a step further to exceed -- rather than just meet -- these expectations.

Kevin and Israel, Thank You for all that you do! Your dedication, professionalism, and commitment to providing exceptional customer service are truly appreciated.

We had leaking and broken cold water valve under our kitchen sink. Our technician Kevin Z came when free consult was scheduled on time and very professional. He took a look and diagnosed the issue and replaced our valve quickly. The price was reasonable and I definitely recommend Team rooter for any plumbing issues.
