Called around 2 pm on a Monday because our kitchen drain was plugged. Figured I'd be lucky if someone got out the next day. Well what a great experience I was in for. The dispatcher said she would call me back in about 10 minutes after she got a hold of one of the plumbers. Five minutes later she called and said Angel would be out between 4 and 6 pm that same day. Got a text message around 4 saying he would be there in 30 minutes. 20 minutes later he was here. Told him the problem and he looked it over. Got his electric snake and 15 minutes later was doing a few more passes with the snake to make sure it was cleaned out. Incredible service. Had a coupon from Top Pros Magazine that they honored with no problem at all. Great value and a quality job. Angel is a real credit to the company and I love it when everyone in a company is on the same page and does their job well. Thanks you guys and ladies. Professional service done like the old days.

We had Team Rooter come to do the annual inspection of our very old drains. Last year they repaired a pipe that had almost rusted completely. This year on inspection everything was fine.
Jorge and Israel are super friendly, knowledgeable and get here when they say they will be here.
I recommend them to everyone!!
They will be back again next year. Love these guys

The entire process from my first contact with Team Rooter was professional. I appreciated the text messages with the ETA and photo of the technician coming to my residence. Jorge was my technician and showed me why my outdoor drain was draining slowly with a camera. Israel and Aaron assisted with hydrojetting and identifying a broken pipe further up the line. The team gave me job quotes and available discounts without pressure to accept them immediately. After the pipe repair job was completed, Jorge and Israel came out again afterwards to answer more of my questions and re-inspect my outdoor drain with a camera again free of additional charge. Overall, I had an excellent experience working with Team Rooter.

Wow! just WOW. What amazing service. I needed to have someone take a look at my storm drains that are clogged. I texted Team Rooter and within seconds they replied back and said someone could be at my home within an hour. Jorge showed up right on time. He looked extremely professional and well put together. He spent a considerable amount of time looking through my situation and explained everything in detail with a caring demeanor. Jorge tried what he could for clearing the drain but unfortunately the roots just took over the piping. Jorge did not try to sell me anything unneeded. Because of Jorge and the team at Team Rooter plumbing they have a customer for life in me.

Saw an ad in the Acorn TODAY that stated Hydro-jetting was $395, down from $695. I called to inquire, and was told the price was $695. He said the discounted price was not available to people in Ventura. I said I lived in Thousand Oaks and the ad was in the TO Acorn. And then he said it was an old ad. Yet it was in the 10-27 Acorn. BAIT AND SWITCH.

Called at 8am due to our shower back up last night and was greeted by a friendly person who was able to schedule me a same day appointment between 11am-1pm. They sent me a text with a picture of the plumber and the person even called me 15 minutes prior to arriving.

Hector was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He came in wearing the booties to cover his work boots and provided us with a fair estimate. He spent about an hour or so working on the problem and was able to resolve it! He treated the workspace as if it was his own, he cleaned up and very professional.

When I finally got the hint that something terribly wrong was going on with the bathroom plumbing in my house, I called Team Rooter because a fellow named Erwin had once come out to unclog my kitchen sink. He had made a great impression on me, did a terrific job, and charged me the least of several other plumbers I had contacted. When I called Team Rooter this time to inspect and assess what was going on with the bathroom, I asked for Erwin. He came out with Israel, the branch manager. They were thorough and careful. They wore booties in the house, and performed everything possible to discover the cause of the problem: an antiquated, corroded, disintegrated cast iron pipe under the house had failed! The cost would be high and they would have to cut open my hardwood floors and dig, dig, dig inside and outside the house. I was in shock and scrambled to get other estimates and other points of view. But no other plumbing company came even close to making me feel as confident as Team Rooter that the job would go well, the materials used would be first rate, and the cost would be justified. Team Rooter, specifically, Israel, Erwin, Abraham, did an amazing job. I felt acknowledged and respected, had every single question answered, and this unbelievably challenging job was completed within a week! They contained the dust, excavated with minimal disruption, and did a fantastic cleanup when it was over. I don't have a single complaint! I am happy and grateful! Thanks Team Rooter. These guys are amazing! As a first time homeowner, I was horrified to learn that I had a massive leak that came about seemingly overnight and had water coming up in my floorboards. Obviously there was some damage to my home so I immediately got on Yelp and I'm so glad I did because I found Team Rooter! These guys were able to come out first thing the next day and by the end of the day my plumbing nightmare was over. The technician they sent out (Jorge) was super nice and very knowledgeable, so I felt confident the entire time he was working on my house. My kitchen sink backed up on a Saturday morning. I saw an add in the Acorn for Team Rooter and gave them a shot. I called about 10:00am and they had a technician to my house by 11:30am. They texted me ahead of time with the name and photo of the technician that was coming. Jorge quickly went to work on unclogging the drain and they even ran a camera through the line so I could see the problem. The work was done professionally and they left the area clean when finished. And best of all - they didn't try to upsell me on
things I didn't need right now. I would use them again and would recommend them.
