Andrew is a life saver! My tub stopped up and I needed someone asap. This company was able to schedule service same day and even came exactly on time. Sadly, my drain isn't a quick fix situation, but I do hope to have my landlords approval to use them asap! They really know what they're talking about and are cost effective. They event fixed my slow running water spout free of charge. I truly feel I received white glove treatment in my own home and cannot thank Andrew and the team enough for their support.

I had a bathtub clog up. I found this company in the mailer for a $69 advertised unclog (assuming there was ""a proper clean out""; all tubs have a clean out, but it was later explained it should have been a ""special"" clean-out which was agreed that nobody would ever have specifically for a bathtub). I did not check Yelp first; I was looking to save a bit for a quick unclog which was ultimately completed using a standard snaking.

I called the office, scheduled an appointment. Customer service was friendly and we agreed that it could be done by removing the tub drain and snaking it through there. Once done, they would replace the tub drain, assuming nothing was damaged in the process. I asked about any typical ""surprises"" so that I could prepare myself if something may go bad. They said they didn't have anything to share.

The plumber arrived. Without speaking with me first, he chose to go through the tub clean-out mentioning that was double the cost after the work was done. He said he doesn't go through tub drains since they are often ""glued"", but in my experience, it's usually just putty (I installed it myself). He did not know about what was agreed with the scheduler and mentioned ""they are not plumbers"".

He agreed to honor the $69 promo price since there was a mix up with the scheduler. He did his job well. The drain was unclogged, but this miscommunication could have been easily avoided. It seemed convenient to double the price and then ""do a favor"" to honor the $69.

Once completed, I was offered a free camera inspection to check for further issues from the bathtub; the plumber agreed there may be an issue close to the bathtub as the main was fine.

Another miscommunication - the camera guy came later that day and said they only do cameras on the main sewer line and could not check for any issues directly from the tub.

CONCLUSION -
Each person individually did a great job, but they don't communicate with each other causing problems and inefficiencies for customers and themselves.

Very efficient and reliable business. While other plumbers gave me ridiculous estimate to come out in a Sunday, their price/estimate was very affordable. No hidden fees or additional charges. Jack was very professional and handle the issue by explaining everything and for the job done right. Highly recommend this business for your plumbing needs.

They came to my house to fix the shower diverter. It doesn't work right. They were supposed to be here yesterday to fix it. They never showed, never called, never texted, nothing.

They gave me a quote to change my galvanized pipes to pex. They wanted over $17,000. Their web site says they offer a 20% senior citizen discount that was not reflected on the invoice so they redid it and jacked up the price to over $21,000.

DON'T HIRE THESE PEOPLE.

Horrible customer service and advice. Had a plumbing problem at my house and they tried to tell me that they were going to have to cut through the brand new driveway I just had redone. I tried to tell them I've had this issue before and I had just dumped something that I probably shouldn't have down the drain. They came up with all kinds of talk and excuses as to why the main line needed to be replaced. I told them we just need it fixed for a baby shower the next day, but the supervisor said, ""no I won't touch that."" Had a another honest plumber out the next day and he cleared it up with a power snake. Same snake this company ""couldn't get through it with"" because the pipe was broken. We asked for our deposit back and the owner/manager came out the next day and even said, ""we could've popped it for you if you wanted, but the pipes still broken"" and stood up for his guys. I told him we asked his guys if there was anyway to fix it for the time being and we'll deal with the main problem later and they said, ""no."" He looked confused and said, ""I'll look into that"" and still proceeded to try and convince me/stand up for them. LOL

Initially had some confusion with scheduling however, Mike from Team called and personally handled the issue making up for any inconvenience. I respect the way this company took responsibility and the response time was impressive. The handling of the job was quick and honest and it has definitely made an impression. I will continue to use them for future plumbing jobs and I definitely recommend this company.

Team Rooter replaced our 40-year-old storm drain. Jacob Yoab responded to our initial call for a free estimate to clean out the storm drain. He was engaging, clear, focused ... a total professional. The estimate arrived as promised. By the time he left we knew we'd hire him. However, life intervened and we had to put the job on the back burner of our To-Do list. Couple months later Mother Nature decided we could no longer wait. Storm season began. We called Ashley/Annie to arrange for service. A busy time. Hard to fit us in but they did. Ultimately, the drain had deteriorated beyond repair and required replacement. Over the next few days Louis,
Carlos & Victor replaced the drain and returned the yard to its former beauty. The respect, clear and frequent communication and the upbeat attitude from the entire team went a long way in keeping things moving smoothly. We will assuredly put Team Rooter Orange County on our calendar for 2-year maintenance calls. And have already referred them to family and friends.

I would highly recommend Team Rooter, they are a very professional and experienced organization. Our project turned out to be quite extensive, including rerouting one of the lines coming from our home to the street. Jacob accurately laid out the entire job and explained the process every step of the way and could be easily reached via text to answer any questions. Not enough can be said about Gilbert, the lead technician on the job. He is an extremely qualified plumber, adept at handling any situation that came up and a very conscientious individual, working long hours to get the job done in a timely manner. The entire crew, including Ruben, Jack and Oscar were very respectful and left the job site very orderly at the end of each day.
