Anyone who's ever dealt with a clogged sink pretty much knows that the quick option of poring Draino down the sink is just wishful thinking that ultimately leads you to calling a plumber. Now the stressful part is who do you call when you don't have a recommend from a friend that won't put you in a position of getting ripped off or upsold a service you didn't need. In my case I went for the ads. Found Team Rooter in a mailer and looked at their specials before I decided to give them a call. The answering service personal was helpful and explained the special unfortunately applies to single family homes. I live in a condo so my options was to go ahead and schedule the appointment and if I didn't feel comfortable with their assessment I can alway decline service and no harm no foul. I had my defense up on high alert but quickly realize the service tech was friendly, kind and his objective was to simply try to fix my clog. After testing the water drainage in my sink he offered to try the least expensive route before moving to the more traditional fix which I really appreciate. In the end my clogged was fixed within the hour and the cost was very reasonable so yes I would recommend giving these guys a try.

Oh and if you're wondering why such little reviews, it's because they've only branched out to OC within a year or so.

Where do I start? The last month has been a whirlwind. Bought my house a few months ago and after only 7 weeks of living there, my sewer line backed up and flooded my master bathroom, master bedroom, parts of my kitchen and through to the family room. A disaster to state the least.
Sleepless nights and multiple quotes and opinions later, I met Jacob at Team Rooter.

Jacob's knowledge of my new home and what it needed was quite plausible. It takes a reasonable explanation of why something needs to get done before I budge. He convinced me to replace all the lines to the fixtures and to sleeve the main line that caused the damage. He promised me I would be in good hands and that he would bring in, what he referenced to as his boys, to help out.... and the work began the very next day.

He put Jorge on the job as the main plumbing expert and Jorge texted me every single day progress shots and notes to keep me well informed. I was never left in the dark. I never felt I was asking too many questions (I ask a lot). And Jorge even took the time to show me how he avoided connections on the new lines that were installed. Jorge re-assured me over and over and over that this will not happen again and stood behind their 25 year warranty which is truly a big deal in the plumbing world. His professionalism and timeliness on the site was extraordinary.

Oscar, Juan, and Edwin should be mentioned as they were part of piecing the house back together.

All in all, I am heavily impressed and happy with Jacob and his team's work. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a solid, trustworthy sewer line service. This is hands down the company to go with!!!

We had an older toilet that had constant running water. Tried to fix things on our own, but the problem continued. We called Team Rooter and Mike R was here the same day. We discussed options and decided to replace the toilet as the one we had was an older one with a tank that was 3-4 gallons. Big appreciative Shout Out to Jacob, Ruben, and Oscar who spent 6 full days fixing my huge plumbing problems. Without complaint they worked overtime each day. They made sure we had a temporary fix each evening. They patiently explained in understandable terms what they were doing and why. They were approachable and cheerful. Their professionalism is impeccable. I called on a late Friday evening. They had the crew arrive Saturday morning and are just about finished on this Thursday afternoon.
