Our sink clogged on a Saturday night. I contacted Team Rooter on Yelp and they responded right away. Isaiah Alfaro came out first thing Sunday and handled everything quickly and easily. He was professional, friendly, and thorough. He was also very clean in his work and made extra effort to make sure that water didn't get everywhere. I appreciate his customer service! They gave us a 60 day guarantee which is reassuring. I will definitely be using Team Rooter again.

I was pleased with the work completed by Isaiah. The company was quick to respond shortly after I requested work be done. Isaiah was punctual and friendly, and I appreciated the show of respect by using shoe covers when entering my home. I had four shout-off valves changed out in the bathroom, and he got it done quickly and left no mess behind. Overall, the service was excellent, and I expect to contact them for other projects.

Sharing my experience, I booked an appointment late evening and there was a technician Lewis who showed up morning the next day. He checked it to be a very minor leakage for kitchen plumbing issue and guess what , he did the fix just for free. So genuine ! They definitely deserve my business next time ! Kevin and his team were fantastic; they made sure to explain everything from start to finish and shared progress along the way. They showed up within a couple hours, were very respectful of our property and spent the time necessary to come to the best resolution. Rene did an outstanding job investigating and organizing my project. Cory scoped my main sewer line with a camera, identifed concern areas of roots and an unused sewer line. Rene organized and managed the replacement of the line including concrete cutting, replacement and testing. Did a great job and I'm happy to have the project behind me!

Beware, you will be greeted by the most amazing deal of a no charge estimate. Then once you receive and estimate don't count on it being of altruistic nature. I was told $300 to snake my drains and if it didn't remedy it it would be a $100 dollar charge. When they snaked only a partial part of my line and said it would then be $3000 to do it all I obviously refused for a second opinion. That's an exorbitant price increase for snaking a drain. I told them I needed to get a few more quotes before I could spend that being a single mom, my resources are limited. The guy then said it would be $300 now since I'm passing on the $3000 dollar snaking. What happened to the $100 dollar charge if we can't fix it? There was a ridiculous explanation about why it was so much and it promised videos of my horrible drain to prove the necessary $3000 snaking charge. I had my usual plumber come out who wasn't available when my drain clogged come out and he was shocked. He charged me $285, and commented they didn't snake more than a few feet in only one drain. Not cool. The only saving grace of this business is their professional and polite desk receptionist.

What a great company to deal with! Most companies say they want you to be happy no matter what and then don't stand up to that statement, not TEAM ROOTER!! Israel and Kevin went above and beyond to make sure we were happy in the final outcome of our projects. While there were a couple hiccups along the way, these guys did everything asked for and more to resolve our situation and we could not be happier. In the end, they wanted us to be happy and satisfied with their service no matter what and I truly believe that was their ultimate goal. The extra care, concern and attention goes a long way with us and we are huge fans! Israel and Kevin, you guys truly rocked it. Great Service! I had won a FREE Hydro Jetting service at the recent Ventura Home Show. Israel, Kevin and Aaron showed up on time and presented themselves in a very courteous and professional manner. Kevin was very thorough in answering all my questions and explaining the process. They all three performed the Hydro Jetting of both my landscape drains on each side of my home from back yard to front street. I was amazed at the filth that came out. After the drains were jetted, Isreal performed a camera inspection of the lines and detected a few minor issues. Aaron (a Faithful 49er Fan) kept the operation up and running without a hitch. I couldn't have been more impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail this team had performed in an expeditious manner. Highly recommend Team Rooter for all your Rooter services. We called to have our toilet looked at for a clog. The Plummer showed and told us that the toilet needed to be replaced and quoted $900 without snaking the line. We refused the service and got a different Plumming service. The other Plummer charged $120 to snake the toilet and everything is functioning fine. My parents are elderly and would have been taken advantage of, steer clear.
