Had a major emergency Saturday evening with my bathroom flooding from the toilet and the shower. I called a bunch of places and no one could come out, except for these guys. Mike cleaned out the main line, but since it was late, he came back Sunday with Steven to run the camera and found the source of the problem. They were very nice, professional, and thorough. We highly recommend them and will be calling them again for future plumbing needs.

Where's the 0 stars when you need them.
This company starting quote was $69 to unplug a kitchen drain. Soon after it went to $2,500. After almost 48 hour of ""working"" and leaving to go get ""supplies"" and food. Dennis Silva and his crew gave me a 13,500 quote!!!!!! Showed me a ""picture"" of the drain.
So very sad that Dennis Silva takes advantages of senior citizens to pad his pockets.

Beware of this company, the franchise in San Fernando Valley. Uses bait and switch tactic to lure you into paying an exorbitant amount of money for a small job because they will unearth a new problem that requires more money to address. Also will charge you even if you call to cancel the the job within 24 hrs. They charged me $3000 to escavate 3 2x2 hole, hydrojet the line and add a cleanout in the laundry area. Beware of these scam artists. We dealt with Hector and Steve. They will quote you a very high price and offer a 30% discount to lure you into the work.

The guy diagnosed the problem fast and fixed the water leak issue right away, sealed tight the drain ring to stop runnjng water through the tiny open space and dripping to the downstairs bathroom fan. Also he answered all my questions. Good service!
