I took the day off work, drove two hours, sat in an empty house for two hours waiting for our appointment. Then they called me and said they would be three hours late. So I drove two hours home. Completely wrecked my day and cost me money.

I called them to do a few things including a slow shower drain. James did the other jobs, but said that he was unable to clear the shower drain. Another man, Israel, then came to assess with James what needed to be done. They ran a camera and showed me some videos from the camera. Then they said that they needed to replace the pipes underground from under the house in order for the shower to drain properly. They also said my pipes were old and they needed to replace all of them if I was willing to spend the money. Fixing just the shower would cost $2,146 with a 20% discount thrown in. Fixing all of the pipes would cost $7,120 with a 20% discount. If I did they work within 3 days, they would also deduct the $354 that I spent on the new toilet seats and toilet leaks and repairs. I have had this problem with my shower before, and it was unclogged in 3 minutes. I called another plumber who said that repairing the pipes to the main line would not help the shower. He said it would help if other things were backing up. He augered my shower (the same thing that James did, but wasn't successful), for 3 minutes and cleared my shower so that it drains properly now. He said that the ""dirt"" that was coming up was rust, and he eliminated it. James said that he didn't know where the ""dirt"" was coming from. I paid the second plumber $95 to clear out my drain.

Alex came in followed covid procedures. I introduced him to my drain challenge and he gave me updates while troubleshooting different solutions. When one clean out didn't work he moved on to the next possible solution. It was much quicker than expected. The communication before the service was great via email and text to keep me updated.

We had a clogged pipe that led to water backing up into a guest bath tub and overflowing toilet. Not good. Team Rooter came out on a Sunday and tried to fix the problem. Couldn't because snake hit something. They came back the next day and used a camera to locate the blockage. Ended up digging up and replacing a section of pipe. They were thorough, did a very good exploring and locating the blockage, and solving the problem. So happy I called them. I Alonso paid them for using a jet power to clean pipes leading to the city line. Strongly recommend.

Whoa. BEST PLUMBING EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. I filled out a tiny info card online, hoping I could get someone on a Sunday... I was called within 5 minutes, quoted 44-99$ based on what was wrong, and scheduled someone to come on Sunday on MY schedule! The man who showed up, was not only super kind, he taught my fiancé how to properly snake the drain. He was in and out quickly and was super professional. It was truly only 99$. Don't go anywhere else.
