I had an emergency where my 4 year old daughter threw my wedding ring down the sink! I called Team Rooter and they sent someone right away. Geovanni arrived at the very earliest possible time given the two hour window and he was amazing. He not only got my rings out of the sink, we asked him to look at our garbage disposal (which we thought needed to be repaired) and asked for a quote. Rather than trying to fleece us for money, he took out his wrench and repaired the garbage disposal free of charge. He was very kind and very professional as well. A++++ in my book.

In a world where everyone is scrambling to make a buck, he could have taken advantage of us in so many ways. For instance, we worked with a different plumber **coughcough Mike Diamond coughcough** who told us the disposal absolutely needed replacing and it would cost us over 1000 dollars. Not only were we saved from a scam, Geovanni did it with grace and kindness.

100% would use their services again in a heartbeat.

Top choice for another plumbing issue!

Unfortunately I had another separate issue and Team Rooter was my first choice.

They team is always polite, punctual and does a great job communicating through the while process.

My level of disappointment is extreme. It challenges me to write a negative review yet my frustration is great and I hope this helps others.
Not only did Team Rooter leave our home without hot water for 6 days due to negligence with our gas gage, they used deceptive marketing by quoting the original job at one price then half way through almost doubling the price to finish, which we declined. Then they put the piping in incorrectly which their camera shows. They moved disrespectfully throughout our property and did not show up on time as well as ignoring a specific request to not fill a hole so we could have someone look at the work their camera just showed was wrong.
Eventually they came and finished the work. Upon final completion of all the work the owner offered only 10% off, 10% off was a joke! I told him the 10% was not appropriate considering the week plus that our home was out of service due to their negligence and he then suggested he call a city inspector which felt like a backhanded threat. It was extremely bazaar and felt slimy! As a business owner I know how to respect customer service, as a woman this was extremely disappointing, as a customer I would never recommend them again!!! I hope things change and nobody else has to go through this. Thank you for your time. Blessed be.

Our sink clogged on a Saturday night. I contacted Team Rooter on Yelp and they responded right away. Isaiah Alfaro came out first thing Sunday and handled everything quickly and easily. He was professional, friendly, and thorough. He was also very clean in his work and made extra effort to make sure that water didn't get everywhere. I appreciate his customer service! They gave us a 60 day guarantee which is reassuring. I will definitely be using Team Rooter again.

I was pleased with the work completed by Isaiah. The company was quick to respond shortly after I requested work be done. Isaiah was punctual and friendly, and I appreciated the show of respect by using shoe covers when entering my home. I had four shout-off valves changed out in the bathroom, and he got it done quickly and left no mess behind. Overall, the service was excellent, and I expect to contact them for other projects.

Sharing my experience, I booked an appointment late evening and there was a technician Lewis who showed up morning the next day. He checked it to be a very minor leakage for kitchen plumbing issue and guess what , he did the fix just for free. So genuine ! They definitely deserve my business next time !
