DO NOT!!!...I REPEAT DO NOT USE TEAM ROOTER for ANY of your plumbing needs!!!

First, they showed up late and missed the 2 hour time frame window twice! I had to finally call and see if they were even still coming. I had originally called because my kitchen sink was not draining and also the bath tub was clogged up. They recommended I pay $495 to hydrojet clean the lines because using the snake line didn't work. Then, after looking at my bath tub to try and fix the clog, they wanted to charge me $195. I told them why I couldn't use the $44 drain cleaning coupon that they advertised and they told me that the bath tub drain didn't count. REALLY??! I called several other plumbing companies and they were WAAAY cheaper than the $495 for hydrojet and $195 to fix bath tub clog that this company wanted to charge me. In the end, I paid another plumbing company which has hundreds and hundreds of 5 star reviews on Yelp for a fraction of the price that Team Rooter wanted to charge me AND THEY FIXED MY PROBLEM! Learn from my mistake and DO NOT call these guys...they are a joke and just out to rip you off of your hard earned money!

Excellent service! My kitchen sink was clogged in the evening and the tech, Joaquin showed up the next day. Courteous, friendly, knew exactly what to do, it was quick to get it unclogged and my sink is working great, I would highly recommend them, and the price was reasonable!

Called them out for a backup on one half of the house after my regular snake failed me. JC came out and had it fixed before noon. With the camera we saw a couple of really bad spots in the old cast iron (putting and pooling water) and decided to replace for peace of mind. Then found a tree root made its way into V.C. pipe in front of house. It runs under the driveway so trenching was not an option. They did trenchless a replacement in an afternoon. JC is a stand up guy, even put up with my 3 kids constantly ""checking in"" on him. Will recommend them for anything plumbing related.

Such hard working, knowledgeable, and reliable employees! This company rescued me over the weekend from the forest growing in my pipes and backing up my kitchen sink. I was literally seeing sticks in my sink! I called about 15 plumbers all day on Saturday and then after one flaked after I waited around all afternoon (Morganized Plumbing), Team Rooter came to my rescue! They came around 7pm on Saturday night and after draining black disgusting sludge from my sink and showing me the forest growing in my broken pipe with their camera, they told me I'd need to replace the pipe. They came back early Sunday morning as scheduled and worked for about twelve hours and then came again on Monday exactly as scheduled and worked another ten hours. They fixed everything for a reasonable price and cleaned up everything beautifully. Hope this doesn't happen to you, but if it does, I highly recommend Team Rooter!

These guys are GREAT! I had a really bad clog with my kitchen sink. I first tried drano/ liquid plumber and I think it actually made it worse. I called them and they came out, same day appointment. The technician they sent was James. He was very gracious and worked on the problem thoroughly without rushing the job. He got it fixed for a VERY affordable price. The water now drains better than ever! Thanks Team Rooter!!
