I just had technician Sebastian come out to the house to unclog our main line. The price was very reasonable and Sebastian was very professional. The pipes did not unclog the first time around but Sebastian didn't give up and snaked the pipes again. I would definitely calling them are any additional problems I may have. Thanks again to Team Rooter and Sebastian for coming out to fix the problem.

My tankless water heater heat exchanger was leaking after 5 years. It was supposed to last longer, but it unfortunately did not. The other installer that I used 5 years ago said I was getting one of the best. I called them and they came out and diagnose a faulty heat exchanger. They spent an hour calling the company for a replacement of the faulty part and wanted to charge $600.00 for something that was under warranty. I did not want them to fix the faulty water heater after I saw the rusted parts. I called Team Rooter because I was extremely happy of what they did in the past. I requested the same plumber that worked on my main line in the past, Francisco. He spent his almost a whole day putting the new tankless. I just have one word about the whole process, FLAWLESS! I am grateful for Team Rooter! ;)

I typically do not write reviews but I want to give a shout out to Frank O. and Ignacio of Team Rooter. I am a single mom and always concerned about being taken advantage of by businesses that come to do work to my house.
I called Team Rooter because of what I thought was a simple back up in a shower. Frank O. was very kind and would not come in the house without booties to make sure he did not drag in any dirt from outside.
He went in to fix the shower and told me that it was a main drain issue, but not to worry because it would be less expensive than what I thought because of a special that they were having. Shortly after that, I found out that I had a bigger issue, ROOTS....
To make a long story short, Ignacio brought in a camera and showed me that the pipes in the street were filled with tree roots. Almost all of my neighbors have dealt with this same issue so it was just a matter of time. After talking to my neighbors I realized that what I paid for the work done was very reasonable. They were in and out within 2 days and left everything super clean. Frank O. and Ignacio made a bad situation into a pleasant experience. I just wanted to say Thank you guys!

Excellent service. They came the same day, sent a picture of of the service guy ahead of time, & charged exactly what they said they would charge. Will deff recommend them to anyone & deff use them again.

Just saw the response to my non-review. I had to leave a non-review because Team Rooter didn't show up for our appointment. The Team Rooter response is what I call a Yelp-only response. It's there solely to counter the Yelp-effect, because if Team Rooter really wanted to fix things, they would have called me, not just posted on Yelp. We know they have my phone number, because they called multiple times to confirm an appointment for which they ultimately didn't show up because I didn't answer the phone one time. Maybe I was in the shower. Maybe I was talking to a neighbor. Nowhere in the Team Rooter ad does it say I have to be tied to my telephone from the moment I make an appointment until the moment of the appointment. Below is my response to their response:

You have a clear sense of your own point of view. Unfortunately, you don't have a clear sense of your customer's point of view, so I'll try to explain, although I don't really believe you're going to listen: We had an appointment for 10am. That means that you and I have to be at a certain location at 10:00am. It doesn't mean that either of us has to be there before that. At 10am I was exactly where I was supposed to be. You know who wasn't? You. You didn't show up. Your scheduling, gas, expenses of running a business are not my problem; they're your problem. My obligation is to be home at 10am for the 10am appointment we had,.

I solved my problem by calling a plumber. He didn't need to confirm; he just showed up at the time of our appointment. Give you another chance? Why? Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.
