With more than 25 years in the plumbing industry, Shawn Hawkins, owner of Team Dalton Plumbing and a home builder, brings extensive expertise. The combination of these two careers has enhanced his abilities, shaped by a variety of situations. Shawn finds fulfillment in the contracting and building process, as well as in helping clients and friends navigate challenging situations.

As a family-owned business, the Hawkins family is deeply involved in the community and leads an active family life. As enthusiastic cyclists, they understand that life can be hectic, and a leaky faucet is an unwelcome interruption. Motivated by their love for cycling, Team Dalton vows to ""race to your aid"" in plumbing emergencies.

In the Jayhawk community and neighboring areas, many are aware of the Hawkins family's sorrowful loss of their son, Dalton, during his first year at KU in the spring of 2009.
