Shawn Hawkins, the owner of Team Dalton Plumbing and a home builder, has over 25 years of experience in plumbing. These two professions have enriched and complemented each other, enhancing skills gained through various challenges. Shawn finds fulfillment in the contracting and building process, as well as in helping clients and friends navigate challenging situations.

As a family-owned business, the Hawkins family is deeply involved in the community and leads an active family life. As enthusiastic cyclists, they understand that life can be hectic, and a leaky faucet is an unwelcome interruption. Inspired by their cycling enthusiasm, Team Dalton commits to ""race to assist you"" when plumbing issues arise.

Many in the surrounding areas and the Jayhawk community know that the Hawkins family faced the tragic loss of their son, Dalton, in the spring of 2009 during his freshman year at KU. Rhonda Hawkins, co-owner of Team Dalton Plumbing, states, ""The community's support was incredible.
