The service was wonderful!! Wouldn't change a thing ! As I was leaving the parking lot, my car wouldn't start and the secretary or receptionist Heather I believe her name was was coming back or two from lunch and she offered all the assistance in the world. I hope I got her name right but she is the blonde pretty girl that works inside of Bob's team Bob's. She went out of her way to do anything she could to help me just a very nice lady. I will come back to teamed Bob just because of her kindness.

When they learned I was unhappy with a product they installed due to equipment issues with no warranty for expensive labor costs they sent out two folks to make me happy. I explained my issues and they offered to replace with the same brand...I asked for options and they offered me another brand but ""more expensive, same short labor warranty"" . I still was not happy so they came up with a third option...Longer labor warranty and , surprise, lower price than the other two...seems unethical to me with that product all over their web page....with lower price and 6 times longer labor warranty. When they were leaving they committed to sending me offers on all three options by the end of the day...with an effort to make the prices reflective of my concerns.
The end of that day was two weeks ago today..no offers, no emails, no calls.
In other words, no customer service !

I could not have asked for a better experience. Two days ago I called Team Bob as a new customer. Cathy made scheduling effortless and pleasant. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Yesterday Dave B came to my home and took care of a combination of problems with my home furnace that were causing it to overheat and shut off. He also was knowledgeable, friendly, and fixed everything, making sure to explain exactly what the issues were and how he repaired them. He also gave me some great advice about furnace filters, how to fix the venting on my water heater, and even how to grow asparagus. Charges were totally reasonable. Absolutely the best! We will be using Team Bob again, and we will be recommending them to friends and neighbors.

Our central air conditioning wasn't working. The tech arrived and said the startup capacitor was shot, and th re price was 302.00 for a new one. Tech installed the capacitor and said unit was fixed. He packed up his tools and tablet to leave and he was paid $427, the cost of the capacitor and $125 service fee. We noticed that thr temperature had RISEN 2 DEGREES. No cooling at all. Tech said it was ""catching up to temperature differential"". I asked the Tech how the coolant (Puron) levels were. He hadnt checked. In fact, there was zero coolant in t h e system. He proceeded to tell me that I needed to have a coolant leak test and coolant added for ""about $1500 worst case scenario"". The business office at Team Bobs refused to refund my $427, even though NOTHING WAS FIXED.

I had no hot water and have a 2 yr old gas hot water heater. After two visits by Team Bobs 4 days apart I was charged $300 and still had no hot water. I was told by the technician who didn't stay more than 5 minutes either time, that I ""probably "" needed a part which they didn't supply so told me to find the part myself and then they would put it on. Seriously this was the one of the all-time worst customer experiences I've ever had.

DO NOT USE THEM! They charged me $273.00 for ""5 feet of PVC pipe"" when the total job wasn't even 5ft. That was only one add on to my invoice along with labor and other connection parts. I called just wanting an explanation on why something that cost around $30 in the store now costs me $273?! Their reply was the typical .. well labor and parts and I then had to stop them and mention my other itemized 300 and something labor cost for a 2.5 hour job on the bill.. which was of multiple janky cuts in my wall and removing an old pipe probably about 2 feet not even by their ""highly professional"" staff. I COULD DO A BETTER JOB by just watching a YouTube video. They also said I got some kind of discount with the ""flat rate"" ... bunch of bull... They're ridiculous and shame on them for charging that much on a piece of plastic! LESSON LEARNED! DO NOT USE THEM!

I discovered a gas smell in our house and called DTE who came promptly confirmed a gas leak somewhere in the pipes and shut off our gas, (no heat or hot water or stove or laundry). Instructed to call for a repair from someone who could do a pressure test to identify where the leak was and complete repair, then they would come and verify and turn on gas. I called several companies I had used and they could not come for 5 days. On calling Team Bob's , they said they could come the next day and yes they could do s pressure test. House would have base charge fof $125 - fine.

They did indeed come the next day . He went to area of piping I showed him and he asked where the leak was = it was what DTE did. I said no that was why I asked for a Pressure test He did not have the equipment to do and kept complaining about DTE. He said he would come back the next day and asked for the $125. I said it would be paid on completion of work - he said it was policy, I said he did nothing I ordered. We called his office and he left.

He came back the next day, again spending all his time complaining on what DTE should have done. It took an hour before he started the pressure test. It did indeed target where the leak was and he went about cutting the pipe and instaling a junction fitting (which he had to again wait for someone to come and bring. After maybe 3 plus hours , he indicated the charge was almost $900. After rattling off the base charge, the cost orf pressure test at $450 plus supplies and worktime. I asked for an receipt itemizing the charge, - he replied itr would be emailed and /or sent.

After DTE turned back on gas. I looked on line and called a few other companies. Each told me it ran in the range if $100, I called Team Bob and was ultimately told I had already received a reduced bill. INcredulously, this for someone who did not come prepared to do identified work and spent at least half of his time not working but running his mouth about another company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT PAY UNTIL YOU ARE SATIFIED IT IS REASONABLE. IT IS FOUR DAYS LATER AND I have neither email receipt or maile one
