Update: A few months after the job, I was told by a separate technician of a different company who was repairing an appliance in my home that the vent size (installed by this company) was incorrect. The vent also currently leaks. So, I messaged Samba about it, and we scheduled a time for him to visit so that he can check it out. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the no call/no show.

Samba was GREAT!! I needed a plumber to finish installing a bathroom faucet, check my toilet because of a leak and check on a minor gas leak and he got it all done in half a day.
Very professional and friendly and explained everything that he was going to do before he did the work. Given our circumstances he also was prepared with his mask on at all times.
Definitely will be my go to plumber for any plumbing needs and any referrals!

This is the second time I have used Samba and his team. Both experiences have been excellent! I apologize in advance for the length of this review - it covers two different service calls.

The first time involved an estimate from another high rated plumbing company I found here on Yelp. That other company came to my house to give a diagnosis and estimate (broken shower body behind the wall leaking out through the handle - they could repair it but it would be $1000 dollars and that would NOT include repair of the wall or tile, and they would have to open up most of the wall and turn off the water for half of the day. Then they charged me $200 for the diagnosis and visit.) Samba called me later in the evening (unexpectedly - I had just requested a response via Yelp). I explained the problem, and he listened and asked me to let him listen to the video of the issue. I provided the audio and he told me immediately - it was a broken shower body. (Now Samba just diagnosed the problem correctly, for free, and over the phone!!!) I asked for an estimate and he told me $800 and that included the wall and tile repair, and the water would need only to be turned off for 45 minutes. Sold! My husband and I went out and bought a new handle/spout combo and extra tiles. Samba arrived a few days later with his tile guy in tow and went about fixing the shower body. He opened up only about a 1ft x 1ft portion of the wall and after he was finished, the tile guy closed up the wall. Then Samba installed the handle and spout (he also commented that it was a push-on spout rather than a screw-on, which he preferred). The tile guy closed it up and it looked good! When it was time to pay, Samba told us that because we bought the handle/spout and tile ourselves, the bill would be only $500. Amazing and honest! I was floored by his integrity. They cleaned up and took their garbage with them.

Two days later, we noticed that the spout was pulling away from the wall and leaking. I called Samba, and he came over that evening. He produced another spout (a screw-on one) and installed it (which involved cutting threading into the pipe). He had the new spout installed in 20 minutes and amazingly again, did not charge me anything!!! The shower has been great ever since.

Now when my toilet started leaking heavily from the bottom onto the floor, Samba was the only person I contacted. He came that evening (after hours) and we discussed that my husband and I had actually been planning to install a new toilet anyway. Samba said he would order it and pick it up for us (we wanted a Toto). In the meantime, he fixed the leak (fully broken seal) which involved taking off the toilet, installing a new seal, and re-installing the toilet we were going to change anyway. My husband and I were concerned about disposal of the old toilet but Samba said that he would take it - it was a perfectly good toilet and he gives them to people who need new ones but can't afford them. What A Guy!! He took the fee for fixing the old toilet and a deposit for the Toto. When the new toilet arrived, Samba and his worker came over on the day we requested and had the new toilet installed in about 1 hour. When we asked him not to caulk it to the floor (as the other expensive! plumber had told us because it would leak into the apartment below), Samba kindly explained to us that it needs to be caulked to the floor so that it doesn't rock when someone sits on it. That breaks the seal (and what is happened to our old toilet!).

So Samba does not just do better quality work for less cost, he is also more knowledgeable and just a great, honest guy overall. I will use him again without hesitation.

I had an emergency with a broken toilet over a weekend. Semba picked up the call right away, provided an estimate, and got to my place within 25 minutes. Professional service, worked in the issue and fixed it within a reasonable time. I was very grateful.

They truly live up to their name sake. I have used their service 3 times now and each time it been excellent. Samba responds to me right away and show up at a moments notice. Not to mention he is great at figuring out the issue quickly and fixing it ever faster while still proving quality service. He's prices are pretty reasonable as well.

Udi and his team were awesome!! They were able to come within 24 hrs notice (this was lucky, but anyway they would have definitely been able to come within 2 business days, so that's also great), and the guy who came was super nice! Plus he patiently put up with my insane barking chihuahuas. Super grateful for this expedited and effective and friendly service. Thanks guys!!!
