I contacted D at noon and by 6 PMI had a 50-gallon water heater installed and the bad one removed. I knew my water heater was on its last leg and by the holiday weekend, it was gone. Anticipating that I would have to pay ""weekend and holiday"" prices I contacted Team Alpha because they are a local small business and I like to support small businesses. He gave me an estimate within an hour of my contacting him. He was patient, had no upselling, and was direct about what was needed and what he would. He did NOT over-promise and under-deliver. He did exactly what he said he would do. He removed the old water heater replaced it with a new water heater, offered to help move things back into the garage upon completion, and finished the job professionally. I would gladly use Him again and he has my endorsement for any future plumbing needs.

In response to a major slab leak in our home, we hired Team Alpha Plumbing & Rooter to perform the equivalent of major heart surgery in our home. In our despair and stress, Dee gave us peace of mind with his patience, sound knowledge, guidance and reassurance that our nearly 60-year-old home will have updated plumbing throughout our home.

Our project was extensive and included the following updates:
-whole house pipe replacement
-whole house drain replacement
-whole house gas line replacement
-installation of tankless water heater

The pipes underneath my house were extremely old and rusted over. It was a really big job and stressful because I live in a historic home. Dee and his team worked very effectively to not only replace the old pipes but to make sure the water heater and city line were up to date as well. The best part was how quickly they were able to fix it, they were a large team and it only took a couple of hours!!
