I want to thank Dee and his crew for the work they did on our house.
We needed to have the house re-piped (replace 70 year old galvanized pipes) and install a new water heater.
They did the job in 2 days:
Day 1 was complete re-piping and heater installation;
Day 2 was patching.
It was a painless process for us.
They did all the work and cleaned up after themselves.

I contacted D at noon and by 6 PMI had a 50-gallon water heater installed and the bad one removed. I knew my water heater was on its last leg and by the holiday weekend, it was gone. Anticipating that I would have to pay ""weekend and holiday"" prices I contacted Team Alpha because they are a local small business and I like to support small businesses. He gave me an estimate within an hour of my contacting him. He was patient, had no upselling, and was direct about what was needed and what he would. He did NOT over-promise and under-deliver. He did exactly what he said he would do. He removed the old water heater replaced it with a new water heater, offered to help move things back into the garage upon completion, and finished the job professionally. In response to a major slab leak in our home, we hired Team Alpha Plumbing & Rooter to perform the equivalent of major heart surgery in our home. In our despair and stress, Dee gave us peace of mind with his patience, sound knowledge, guidance and reassurance that our nearly 60-year-old home will have updated plumbing throughout our home.
