I absolutely without hesitation Give them the highest recommendation possible. I was looking to get an tankless water heater and when the technician came out, he outlined the reasons why it wouldn't work for my situation and then proceeded to show me that my water heater was in fact fatally flawed and needed to be replaced. The technicians are very personable and they will not sell your products and services you do not need. I also had an electrician come out to take a look at my breaker box as it's over 40 years old. I was worried I have to replace The whole thing but he said no it was perfectly fine but did point out a couple problems within the box and probably fix them and we had a whole hOuse surge protector. Quality and integrity!!!! I WILL NEVER USE ANYONE ELSE!!!

I called the company to schedule some work that I needed urgently. They were able to accommodate me as quickly as possible. From the 1st ring to the swipe of my card (which I did with a smile) was seamless. They keep you informed and up to date on the arrival of the electrician and who it is you are to expect. I was very very fortunate to receive Timothy. He is the best. He explained everything that was wrong and what needed to be done. There are a few items that he checked and just tightened a screw or crimped. I cannot stress enough how wonderful Timothy and the company are. He had everything he needed on his truck. I'll only use them.

I've used TE for the last 5 years in multiple projects ranging from high ceiling fixtures to car chargers. They aren't the cheapest electricians out there, but they answer your calls immediately, have fast response times to issues, straightforward pricing, keep the area clean, and their install work is solid. No crooked wall plates or dry wall gaps here.

We have had an amazing experience working with TE Certified for a plumping job. The process was very organized and high quality from the beginning to end. We needed a totally new pluming for a hose in our deck (not a usual job :)). We contacted TE last week, and they scheduled a visit for us on a day of our choice. A technician, named Chris, arrived on time, did the walk through, gave us an estimate, and completed the job on the same day. He and his assistant did an amazing job; they completed the work exactly as we envisioned, hassle-free and clean. I highly recommend this company and especially Chris for pluming jobs. As mentioned in other reviews, in terms of pricing, they are not the cheapest, but you get high quality work, which makes it worthwhile.

We had hot water pressure issues at our house. Jack from T&E came to assess the situation, found the problem and provided us with 5 different options to resolve the situation. We selected the best option for us and after speaking/comparing with a few other plumbers, we decided to go with T&E. Jack was here the very next day to complete the repairs and restore our hot water pressure. T&E were not the lowest cost option in our case, but Jack had demonstrated his knowledge and honesty during the assessment. He did not disappoint with his work, he was meticulous and attentive to details.

Our contracted electrician was very polite and installed a light fixture over our sink. He gave me a discount because TE Certified Electrical had to reschedule my original appointment time. I provided the new LED light fixture and the TE Certified Electrician did a good job installing it and disposing of the 30-year old fixture. My only complaint is that the electrician must have leaned heavily against my spigot on my sink because now the water spout is loose.

Our hot water heater was leaking and I called to see about getting help. The nice lady who took my call scheduled me an appointment the same day. The plumber Chris was early which was so great because it was a bad leak. After we accepted the quote he got started right away. He did an excellent Job! I was very impressed! They really seem to care about what they do. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely use again!

I hired TE to install an outlet to charge my Tesla. The TE experience started out great! The electrician visited, was polite and friendly, and seemed trustworthy. He took longer than anticipated because he needed a part delivered but in the end the unit seemed to be working fine. As part of the service, I paid for TE to take care of the permitting and inspection with the city. The quote was higher than my other quote but I went with TE because I wanted a worry free transaction. After the tech left, I was told TE would reach out re the inspection and permit. I reached out post job to make sure the inspection was set up. It didn't pass the first time but turns out the inspector made a mistake. The electrician came out again, Re inspected, took a video, & it's now passed. The great thing about TE is that they are responsive. You can text them and they will respond quickly. When I was concerned with inspection passing I got a call from the business manager Russ and he was able to clear things up. For future electrical work I will reach out to TE again Thanks!
