Your technician William McNeely is absolutely a diamond in the rough.I sure hope you realize what you have in both his expertise,but most especially his compassion and caring for our well being.A tree fell on our house,and we called your group to assess what needed to be done to restore power.This being the first of July and obviously """"Georgia hot"""",we could not stay in the house.He went over and above to make sure we knew what was going on at all times.He helped deal with and explain to the insurance adjustor what was needed.The insurance end of this was a complete headache,but William handled it all as the professional he is.He has called multiple times after power was restored to make sure everything was OK.i am simply overjoyed by both the work itself and of course the customer end of things.Thank you so much TE Certified! The advertising listing they have states they work on hvac,and do electrical jobs. I was told they do not do hvac. The elecrrical electrical job was over their heads. Watch out!

I can just say WOW! Those guys responded to my message waiting literally 5minutes. I had kitchen sink emergency and couldn't use us and they came within 1h from my first contact. Fixed everything just great and in addition we're very affordable! I loved the service! I will definitely use their services in the future when I need it.

TE Certified was great. We had an emergency and I called a few plumbers. Most of them did not have same day availability so I was happy to hear that TE Certified had availability. The guys were professional and very knowledgeable. They diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately and their rates are not too high. We will use them in the future as well as recommend them to others. They wore masks and plastic shoe covers the entire time.

I had these folks out to troubleshoot and fix my home generator. I thought the customer service was great and they were communicative with when the tech would arrive. It turned out my generator simply needed a new battery which cost roughly 70-80 dollars total for the battery itself. I end up being charged over $420 for the entire service of """"diagnosing"""" and then installation. To me, this is very high considering the part itself was not expensive. I understand their labor involved I suppose and need to make a buck off of the deal also but this feels like an unfair price in my opinion. It also took the tech over an hour to determine the battery was dead. Shouldn't that be the first thing you check if you're a """"master electrician"""" and something isn't turning on?!? UPDATE: Many months later after spending all this money, my power goes out and the generator did not work. I had these guys back out to check it and they told me there was nothing they could do and they aren't very well versed in generators. They were super quick to take my money though and I paid them $420 for absolutely nothing.

They are absolutely wonderful. They came out on time. Nick took the time to explain the problem and the procedure to fix it. Did the work correctly without drama. I highly recommend this company. Very professional.

My pole that the power line came into house on the roof was leaning over. After calling 2 other companies and getting useless results/info was looking here and saw a review about TE dealing with the same problem. So I called them. Jamie came out and told me that my power line can no longer come into the roof that way, so fixing that leaning pole was never going to be done. Plus, due to new regulations, the meter can no longer be on the back of the house, so that had to be moved, and where oh where to put it. He finally decided that he would put it on one of the posts on my carport. Since I am in the city of Duluth, permit had to be pulled and appointment made with the inspector, which he took care of. The first day Jamie and his helper were here @ 8:00 and did everything they needed to do inside, in the attic, under the house including wired in smoke alarms (with carbon monoxide detectors) in all bedrooms and the hall, so that they were ready to go to have Georgia Power come out and take the power off the pole. Here until almost 4. At 8:00 the next day, power company was here and dropped the line. Jamie went right to work and did what he needed to do. The inspector came out and approved everything. Then the GA Power guy came back. It was amazing to watch him maneuver the lift """"pod' around the side of my house and hook the lines to the house and then turn around and hook the line to the power. The way Jamie had taken care of it, I was only without power from 8 until around 2:30 and he was kind enough to bring me a generator for my fridge. Great job Jamie!
