My HVAC unit broke down in the summer when we were having several straight days of 90+ degree weather, and TE Certified Electricians, Heating & Cooling saved me. The first company I contacted had a one and half week lead time! My house had been sweltering for a couple nights already, and I really needed to get this fixed. Luckily, TE was able to come out the same day. Joey called me about an hour before he was expected to arrive and arrived earlier than my estimated appointment window. He got to the root of the problem quickly and had my AC back to normal in a couple hours. I thought the pricing was reasonable (maybe higher than some), but it was worth the price given that they could come out to my home the same day and deliver quality service. I also purchased a Yelp deal so that helped. I would definitely recommend TE to others for their HVAC needs.

I had Justin come out and give a quote. He was on time and attentive to our needs. He listened to my wants and made helpful suggestions to save time and money. After getting several quotes I hired T.E. Electricians and Justin came out to do the work and did exactly what he quoted. Some things took longer than expected but there was no extra charge. They were one of the few contractors I would recommend after my move into a new house and the bad service I had from other tradesmen.

I've had two air conditioner units repaired and serviced and one heat pump replaced. I also had a few smart switches put in that I couldn't figure out. They always offered advice without asking and options for any resolution I could try myself if it was simple and would help me out. It's very rare to come across a company with this type of genuine helpfulness across the board. Most HVAC companies were trying to rip me off as a first time homeowner, TE didn't, which was quite refreshing after an exhaustive process of getting quotes, which speak to their integrity. They were way better than all the big brands and a lot more genuine and patient. The five star reviews are real guys... these guys are legit. Great job TE!

I don't know that I have the words in my vocabulary to praise these guys enough. Earlier this year I used them to install 2 electrical outlets in my garage. Jeremy did an awesome job then. I remembered how great he was and that he mentioned they also service HVAC systems. So last Monday when my AC stopped working, they were the first ones I called. Unfortunately, due to the high heat, their schedules were packed. The soonest they could get out was Saturday. I went ahead and booked the appointment but continued to call around to see if I could get anyone out sooner. Had it been just me in the house, I would have waited. But I have an older cat and couldn't imagine leaving him in a 90 degree house all day. I was referred to Pruitt by Arcadia as someone who could probably get out sooner. Well they did. They came out on Thursday, charged my freon, charged me an arm and a leg and now this Tuesday, my AC stopped working again. It was an awful experience that I won't get into here...just check my review for Pruitt and you'll see what I mean. I immediately called TE and booked the next appointment which was for Friday. They are well worth the wait. Joey called me 30 minutes before his arrival and let me know he would have a colleague with him, Brent. Joey arrived first and immediately put orange booties on. My floor is a little messy thanks to the cat so I told him he didn't need them. No matter how many times I told them, they never once did it. Booties went on before stepping in the house and came off the moment they stepped out. These guys spent several hours troubleshooting my system. Unfortunately the parts needed to fully repair it aren't in stock. So they replaced what they could and put a """"band-aid"""" in place for the other part until they could fix it. Joey also gave me his card and offered to come back out if it gets warm again and he'll go in the attic and vacuum out the water so that way the system would kick back on until the part comes in. Joey also took pictures of all the issues in the attic and was able to actually show me what was wrong without the need for me to climb into the attic and insulation. They communicated well, gave me some breaks financially where they could, and spent extra time with me to explain my options on replacing my system. I don't have to replace it and that's not what they were advising me to do. They weren't pushing or anything like that at all. They were very informative and super friendly and helpful. I asked for information on upgrading my system since I knew what I have is bottom of the line, builder grade. If any of you reading this are in the market to replace your HVAC system...don't go anywhere else...They may be a little more expensive, but I guarantee, you will not be disappointed. Not only is the service great, but get this...If you install a new system, the tech who installs it will be the tech who services it every time and you get a 2 year free maintenance package...How awesome is that!?!? He will already """"know my system"""" AND it helps build and keep customer relationships. What an awesome business model! By the way....the ladies in the office are pretty awesome too! I'm not sure why anyone would go anywhere else...I know I will never do that again. Thank you so much TE!!! Keep up the great work!!!

TE cares about their customers. After experiencing some miscommunication in their office, TE informed me they were not able to make my appointment or handle my repairs. After expressing my disappointment I quickly received a call from the owner who wanted to make it right and learn from my negative experience. TE rescheduled me immediately and handled everything we needed. Bottom line things happen but TE went above and beyond to provide me with great service and make it up to me. They did fantastic work and we would definitely use them again for any further repairs!

I've had these guys out for my heating and a/c a couple of times, after giving up on Reliable heat and air, because they were sooo expensive. TE, although I am finding out heat and air is just pain expensive, seems to make it a little easier to take...today Alex came to get my house cool again, he was a super nice guy that seemed to really care. He did a great job my house is at 70 degrees, and my wife is happy! Perfect! And thank you!
