For 25 years, I have held a contractor's license in California. My experience in the trades spans over 30 years. Most of my career has been spent in the SF Bay area and Sacramento. I focus on creating custom kitchens, remodeling bathrooms, and adding to homes. I maintain close partnerships with architects, structural engineers, and local building departments. This ensures that all my projects comply with local city and state codes.

6. Door installation services, covering pre-hung, retrofitted, interior, exterior, front entry, and barn doors
7. Interior and exterior trim work, such as casings, baseboards, crown moulding, and closet inserts
8. Cabinetry installation for kitchens, vanities, and garage spaces
9. Installing sheetrock, including taping and texturing

11. Electrical work, including main panel installations, wiring for entire homes, circuit runs, can lighting, trim outs, and low voltage
12. Comprehensive plumbing services, from gas or electric water heater installations to copper work, PEX A, cast-iron, and ABS drains and vents, gas work, tub and toilet installations, dishwashers, and all finish plumbing fixtures
13. Providing HVAC services, including dryer vent installations, hoods, exhaust fans, and heating unit setups
14. Minor stucco repairs and patching.
