For 25 years, I have held a contractor's license in California. For more than 30 years, I have worked in various trades. Most of my career has been spent in the SF Bay area and Sacramento. I specialize in custom kitchens, bathroom remodels, and home additions. Working alongside architects, structural engineers, and building departments has been a key part of my work. Such teamwork ensures compliance with all relevant local and state codes.

9. Sheetrock work, encompassing installation, taping, and texturing

11. Electrical services, including main panel setups, wiring for homes, circuit runs, can lighting, trim outs, and low voltage
12. Comprehensive plumbing services, from gas or electric water heater installations to copper work, PEX A, cast-iron, and ABS drains and vents, gas work, tub and toilet installations, dishwashers, and all finish plumbing fixtures
13. HVAC installations, covering dryer vents, hoods, exhaust fans, and heating units
14. Minor stucco repairs and patching.
