With 25 years as a licensed contractor in California, I bring extensive experience. For more than 30 years, I have worked in various trades. I have primarily worked in the San Francisco Bay area and Sacramento. I specialize in custom kitchens, bathroom remodels, and home additions. I maintain close partnerships with architects, structural engineers, and local building departments. Such teamwork ensures compliance with all relevant local and state codes.

2. Foundation and structural work, such as piers, hold-downs, and attachments
3. Framing of both interior and exterior walls, roofs, and trusses
4. Repairing dry rot in floors, walls, and roofs
5. Window installation and retrofitting for new builds
6. Installing doors, including pre-hung, retrofitted, interior, exterior, front entry, and barn doors
7. Interior and exterior trim work, such as casings, baseboards, crown moulding, and closet inserts
8. Cabinet installation for kitchens, vanities, and garages
9. Sheetrock installation, taping, and texturing

11. Electrical services, including main panel setups, wiring for homes, circuit runs, can lighting, trim outs, and low voltage
12. Plumbing installations, including gas or electric water heaters, copper work, PEX A, cast-iron, and ABS drains and vents, gas work, tub and toilet installations, dishwashers, and all finish plumbing fixtures
13. Providing HVAC services, including dryer vent installations, hoods, exhaust fans, and heating unit setups
14. Minor stucco repairs and patching.
