I have been a licensed contractor in California for 25 years. For more than 30 years, I have worked in various trades. Most of my career has been spent in the SF Bay area and Sacramento. I specialize in custom kitchens, bathroom remodels, and home additions. I maintain close partnerships with architects, structural engineers, and local building departments. Such teamwork ensures compliance with all relevant local and state codes.

6. Installation of various door types, including pre-hung, retrofitted, interior, exterior, front entry, and barn doors
7. Completing trim work for interior and exterior, including casings, baseboards, crown moulding, and closet inserts
8. Installing cabinets in kitchens, bathrooms, and garages
9. Installing sheetrock, including taping and texturing

11. Electrical services, including main panel setups, wiring for homes, circuit runs, can lighting, trim outs, and low voltage
12. Comprehensive plumbing services, from gas or electric water heater installations to copper work, PEX A, cast-iron, and ABS drains and vents, gas work, tub and toilet installations, dishwashers, and all finish plumbing fixtures
13. HVAC installations, covering dryer vents, hoods, exhaust fans, and heating units
14. Performing small stucco repairs and patchwork.
