Company Overview

As a full-service contractor, we have successfully served the KC area for 15 years. Being a family-owned business, we specialize in outdoor structures, vehicle shelters, workshops, barriers, restoration, residential construction, landscaping, fire recovery, clean outs, and a wide range of projects.

We began creating storage units and outdoor spaces, and quickly moved on to more significant endeavors. Currently, we are certified in 37 states and can execute any project you require from outdoor design to interior design.

Terry, the owner has been engaged in residential construction since the year 1998. TcB Construction, founded by Terry has developed over 70 new homes in Springfield, MO, the state of Alabama, Washington, and Oregon from the years 2002 through 2017. He has overseen construction crews of different scales and subcontractors in every trade. Since moving to Kansas City in 2017, he has supervised residential rehab projects in the eastern part of Troost. He resides in a restored house that he himself rehabbed.
