Company Overview

As a all-inclusive contractor, we have proudly served the local area for 15 years. Being a family-owned business, we specialize in outdoor structures, covered parking, garages, barriers, rehabilitation, building new homes, yard design, fire recovery, clean outs, and a wide range of projects.

We began building storage units and patios, and shortly grew to new construction homes. At present, we are certified in over 37 states and can manage any project you require from landscaping to interior design.

Our founder, Terry Barnett has been involved in residential construction since 1998. His company, TcB Construction has developed more than 70 new homes in the Springfield area, in Alabama, Washington, and Oregon from the years 2002 through 2017. Terry has managed construction crews of various sizes and specialized trades in multiple trades. After relocating to Kansas City in 2017, he has led residential rehab projects east of Troost. He calls home in a renovated house that he himself renovated.
