Company Overview

As a comprehensive contractor, we have proudly served the local area for more than 15 years. As a family-run business, we specialize in decks, vehicle shelters, storage spaces, enclosures, rehabilitation, residential construction, yard design, fire recovery, property clean-up, and various other services.

Our journey started building small structures and decks, and quickly moved on to more significant endeavors. Currently, we are licensed in over 37 states and can execute a variety of tasks from landscaping to interior design.

Terry, the owner has been working in residential construction since the year 1998. TcB Construction, founded by Terry has developed over 70 new homes in Springfield, Missouri, Alabama, in Washington, and the state of Oregon from 2002 to 2017. He has overseen construction crews of all sizes and various tradespeople in all trades. Since moving to Kansas City in the year 2017, he has led residential rehab projects east of Troost. He resides in a renovated house that he has renovated.
