Company Overview

As a comprehensive contractor, we have proudly served the KC area for 15 years. Being a family-owned business, we specialize in outdoor structures, carports, garages, enclosures, renovation, residential construction, yard design, fire recovery, clean outs, and more.

We began creating small structures and outdoor spaces, and soon grew to larger projects. At present, we are certified in over 37 states and can manage a variety of tasks from yard work to interior design.

Terry, the owner has been involved in residential construction since the late 90s. TcB Construction, founded by Terry has successfully built more than 70 new homes in Springfield, MO, Alabama, in Washington, and in Oregon from 2002 until 2017. Terry has managed construction crews of all sizes and various tradespeople in every trade. After relocating to Kansas City in 2017, he has managed residential rehab projects in the eastern part of Troost. He calls home in a renovated house that he personally restored.
