This company was assigned by American Home Shield to replace my water heater. AHS contacted me about out of pocket fees being charged by plumbing company. What upset me the most was they said I needed code improvements to be up to code. I looked up all of the items listed in the detailed email they set me for code improvements and I was ripped off. They charged me $565.00 for these items which was not covered by my warranty . Beware if using home warranty.

We've been having this problem for a while now. The technician (Armando) came, did his assessment, and was able to fix the problem. Even though the solution wasn't covered and we ended up paying out of our pocket, it was well worth it.

Awful! Sent by AHS to repair my water heater. Never called me back after I left a message asking about the ""code violations"" they wanted to charge me for through my home warranty. Everything on their list was already done by a previous contractor and it is already up to code. Scammers. Edit: The response from the owner doesn't address the issue of them not returning my calls to discuss the ""code violations "". Also, my water heater was not 10 years old. I don't know where that information came from. And lastly, I looked up all the codes that they were going to charge me for and my water heater had every single one up to code. I'll say it again, scammers.

This company was assigned by AHS to handle toilet not flushing. Armando came by and after first snaking for obstructions, had to call company to report diagnosis. Unfortunately, the blockage which involved pulling out the toilet is not covered. Requested a quote and approved the job. Spent a few hours clearing accumulated paper obstruction but eventually turned out toilet itself is defective; returned to install after a couple of days as product was not in stock and had to be ordered Worked through after hours to make it happen. Kept good communications as to arrival.
Appreciate the great job, Armando.

I called my home warranty company (American Home Shield) and they assigned T&C Plumbing. T&C accommodated me with a same day appointment. Nelson was my service guy and was able to repair a busted kitchen pipe connection located in my garage. The repair included cutting out sheetrock, partially cutting an old metal pipe, replacing the old pipe with a black PVC pipe, and providing a new cleanout connection. The repair was done in approximately two hours. It was a hassle-free transaction for the most part that only cost me the price of my home warranty service fee. The only downside was the service window was from 12-2 and Nelson arrived at 2:30pm. However, I was able to confirm with the company that he was held at another job and was enroute, so that was okay with me, especially since it was a same-day appointment.
I am writing this review on day 2 and so far everything looks good.
Note that the plumbing company is not responsible for repairing the sheetrock or the hole in the stucco. The warranty company has assured me that another trade will be out to repair the walls.

Francisco went above and beyond to help us figure out a tricky leak situation, and even managed to make it to our house earlier than estimated!

Beware of these guys! American Home Shield sent T&C out to fix my broken hot water knob on the bathroom sink. The technician had extreme difficulty communicating, which he used to try and manipulate the situation. He lied to me telling me that the ONLY sink AHS would cover was a chrome one that didn't match the other finishes. Come to find out, that was totally not true and he finally admitted that the sink was just one he had on hand (probably from another job). He dismantled my sink, rendering it completely unusable, then abandoned the job. I tried many times to get ahold of the company and tech. Had to call AHS three times before they would escalate the situation. It's been 3 weeks and I still don't have a functional sink.

I had Josue and Osvaldo come as a secondary inspection from AHS. Without any fuzz they replaced the leaking faucet and did a great job.
I had to call AHS multiple times that the service request has not been addressed and they said, previous vendor reported that the leakage was not due to normal wear and tear.
I give 5 stars because
1) Quick to diagnose the issue
2) Replaced the leaking faucet
3) Asked to verify and were nice to talk to

AHS contracted with T & C Plumbing to fix our water heater problem. What a joke. I would give them ""0"" stars if I could!
The very young man (he seemed very nice) from T & C Plumbing arrived without any documentation or paper work (just himself knocking on the door), was clearly very inexperienced, very challenging to communicate with - all I could get was very short, or one word, responses (we both tried as hard as we could. But it did not work).
I felt sorry for him in that his employer would send him out on a service call so unprepared.
T & C was not able to complete this referral (thanks to AHS). I'm thinking that was a good thing.
T & C website indicates that Stockton is not a part of their service area. That's a good thing for Stockton. They should not be trusted to do any plumbing work!

Zero stars if I could. I don't like confrontation so I'm pretty patient in any situation. Every time an issue came up I had to call all day just to get them to answer the phone and sometimes it'd take days before I'd hear back. They installed a ""new"" water heater this past august. November 7th our hot water stopped working and after multiple attempts to get them out here to help (it's under warranty and I can't afford reaching out to new ppl so I heavily relied on warranty agreement) they finally got back to us and arrived November 29.... After the first fix they had to come back twice in two weeks due to the same reoccurring problem. My third time reaching about the same problem (3days ago) they completely blocked and blew me off. Ignored and forwarded all emails and calls everytime I reached out for an update on the supposed part they needed to order.
Yesterday I added up a total of 31 days without hot water. The company we found today confirmed they had not installed the water heater correctly.
Save your time, money, and stress and look elsewhere. They do not honor their warranty agreement and are terrible at getting back to u.
