Francisco went above and beyond to help us figure out a tricky leak situation, and even managed to make it to our house earlier than estimated!

Beware of these guys! American Home Shield sent T&C out to fix my broken hot water knob on the bathroom sink. The technician had extreme difficulty communicating, which he used to try and manipulate the situation. He lied to me telling me that the ONLY sink AHS would cover was a chrome one that didn't match the other finishes. Come to find out, that was totally not true and he finally admitted that the sink was just one he had on hand (probably from another job). He dismantled my sink, rendering it completely unusable, then abandoned the job. I tried many times to get ahold of the company and tech. Had to call AHS three times before they would escalate the situation. It's been 3 weeks and I still don't have a functional sink.

I had Josue and Osvaldo come as a secondary inspection from AHS. Without any fuzz they replaced the leaking faucet and did a great job.

I had to call AHS multiple times that the service request has not been addressed and they said, previous vendor reported that the leakage was not due to normal wear and tear.

I give 5 stars because
1) Quick to diagnose the issue
2) Replaced the leaking faucet
3) Asked to verify and were nice to talk to

AHS contracted with T & C Plumbing to fix our water heater problem. What a joke. I would give them ""0"" stars if I could!
The very young man (he seemed very nice) from T & C Plumbing arrived without any documentation or paper work (just himself knocking on the door), was clearly very inexperienced, very challenging to communicate with - all I could get was very short, or one word, responses (we both tried as hard as we could. But it did not work).
I felt sorry for him in that his employer would send him out on a service call so unprepared.
T & C was not able to complete this referral (thanks to AHS). I'm thinking that was a good thing.
T & C website indicates that Stockton is not a part of their service area. That's a good thing for Stockton. They should not be trusted to do any plumbing work!

Zero stars if I could. I don't like confrontation so I'm pretty patient in any situation. Every time an issue came up I had to call all day just to get them to answer the phone and sometimes it'd take days before I'd hear back. They installed a ""new"" water heater this past august. November 7th our hot water stopped working and after multiple attempts to get them out here to help (it's under warranty and I can't afford reaching out to new ppl so I heavily relied on warranty agreement) they finally got back to us and arrived November 29.... After the first fix they had to come back twice in two weeks due to the same reoccurring problem. My third time reaching about the same problem (3days ago) they completely blocked and blew me off. Ignored and forwarded all emails and calls everytime I reached out for an update on the supposed part they needed to order.

Yesterday I added up a total of 31 days without hot water. The company we found today confirmed they had not installed the water heater correctly.

Save your time, money, and stress and look elsewhere. They do not honor their warranty agreement and are terrible at getting back to u.

I have a home warranty contract through AHS. T&C was the vendor recommended to replace my hot water tank that was leaking. They replaced the tank at a $745.00 out of pocket expense to me, stating these were the installation fees. The tank was replaced on 11/11/23 and stopped working on 11/28. I had Pg&e take a look at it on 11/29 and was told that the pilot light was not on. Pg&e lit the pilot light and informed me if I had any other problems, to contact T&C. On 11/30 the tank was not working again. AHS contacted T&C on 11/30 and they came back out to my home on 12/1. I was told after inspection by the technician, that there was a part that needed to be replaced in the brand new tank! I was informed the part would be ordered and should take a couple of days to arrive. I was also told that they would be able to the repair a few days after the part arrived. I have reached out to T&C multiple times and have not received a call back from them. I have also reached out to AHS my warranty company and asked for help in this matter. I have been informed that the escalation department is working and has been working on contacting T&C and they are not responding. My response, replace this quote unquote new hot water tank that is not working, with a new tank! Do not sent this unreliable, unresponsive, rip off company to my home again! Today is 12/13 and I do not have hot water! I am getting sick and tired of taking cold showers and washing dishes in cold water! I am literally and physically getting sick! This company should not be in business . Please be aware of this company, do not use them, this is criminal activity, taking money from hard working individuals and installing defective equipment and never coming back to fix the problem!!!

I made my request thru Yelp on a Sunday, and got a message very quickly from T&C Plumbing, stating they would be happy to schedule an appointment for Monday. I had a leak in a pipe up in my attic and it had leaked into my spare bedroom, ceiling and walls. Time was of the essence. Felipe and his helper came and went straight to work, up in the attic, replacing the broken pipe. Felipe was very professional and made quick work of the problem. He was very pleasant and genuinely nice. I'm very happy with the quick response my request received and was satisfied with the price I paid. I would recommend this company.

Don't allow them in your house. Totally unprofessional. American Home shied sent them to my house to fix my toilet. They could not fix it then asked for $250 from us to send a camera. When they came to run the camera they increase the price to $450 unless we remove the toilet. In the meantime they dried a black greasy material on our brand new floor. We asked to cover their equipment when they visit while we cleaned the floor and our contractor removed the toilet the T&C technician left and never fixed anything. HORRIBLE experience.

Beware this company will rip you off! They were sent out by American Home Shield to replace my water heater...... that in itself was a nightmare experience. They replaced it with a defective water heater and had to come back several times after it was leaking and then the heater element exploded. Was without hot water and had to wait for another new one to be installed.

What makes me most angry is they said I needed code improvements to be up to code..... in reality they added one cheap metal strap, replaced the metal tub with a cheap plastic one and said I needed flexible water pipes. I looked up all of these items online and it was less than $70 total. Yet they charged me another $500 which was not covered by my warranty. I will be filing a formal complaint against this business and their shady business practices.

What a total a rip-off wanted $2200 for a simple unclog job kitchen sink after they left if you go through AHS stating the job required something not covered by warranty. False report. Afterwards I go on my own and got a local reputable plumber and got the pipe unclogged for $295. Stay away.
