My water heater went out at midnight Saturday. I was afraid I would not be able to find someone ASAP on a Saturday morning since I have plans for Saturday afternoon. I contacted Ed from T & C plumbing. He came within 30 mins early Saturday morning 755am to be exact. Ed came and was very professional even wore his PPE. He assessed the situation and gave me a quote for the new water heater along with what what needed to bring it up to code. Mind you this water heater lasted me almost 20 years. I got my money's worth from my old one. Ed finished the job. It looked very clean. He also replaced my water pressure regulator in the main water line. I wasn't expecting the added expense but since he was already here, why not. Ed was able to do the job. He even went to concord 2 times in one day to complete the project. I definitely recommend T&C. Thanks again Ed for the awesome work.

I can't say enough positive things. 4:30 in the afternoon the main line into my house breaks, there's a river of water running down my driveway and no water in my house. I start calling plumbers and happen to call Edwin. He was at my house in 35 minutes and stayed well after it was dark so he could get the job done. He and his team did an amazing job. They cleaned up afterwards and made sure everything was working well. The price was extremely reasonable. All this while being very professional. Edwin is genuinely a good guy who makes sure everything is as it should be before he leaves. I can't thank him and his team enough for the incredibly good job they did. If I ever have plumbing problems again I know who I'll call.

T & C plumbing is the go to plumber, had main sewer line leak , called for quote , Edwin responded almost immediately, the quote was in line for the job , they completed the pipe replacements in a timely fashion, as we know how important having a functioning toilet and water use , they were careful to clean up after themselves and protect the customers home , I would recommend T & C plumbing , Edwin explained everything he did , the cost was reasonable .

We had a leaking outside spigot. Edwin came quickly even though not urgent. He replaced the faucet, but then diagnosed a larger problem with the piping and skillfully made the repair at no additional cost. Very courteous and professional. Highly recommended.

I had a leak on a water heater and ended up with water pooled on my garage, and was initially quoted what I thought was a high price by another company, so I asked several other companies for quotes. T&C had availability the next day and quoted me a reasonable flat rate.
They picked up the heater (which was in warranty) and came in with the new heater, installed it very professionally - including one small change to the building code that they pointed out, didn't overcharge me for any little thing and stayed true to their flat rate.
It is so great to get a straightforward and fair service like this.

Our water heater finally broken after 24 years of service at around 10:30pm. Edwin showed up in 45 min and gave us a free inspection and estimate. He installed a new one for me on the second day. Very detailed, very experienced, and checked water pressure problem for us in the bathroom. Highly recommended.
