I got them through American Home Shield. First time they sent some kid who has no clue of what's going on he couldn't identify the leak or even acknowledged the leak. Had the guts to up-sell me on water pressure meter. When followed up that water is leaking they acknowledged and came in third time with some device to find the leak. Gave me a quote but never gave breakdown of the quote so that I can give it to my insurance. My general contractor opened up my shower base where T&C plumbing have mentioned there is a leak and guess what there's no leak. I have called them multiple times for no use. Please save your time and money and go elsewhere than get to have this fake plumbing company.

Absolutely impressed with how they got things done. First of, we used them through American Home Shield. I've dealt with different services through AHS and a couple of them I had problems. I was told that a lot of companies that go through WARRANTY companies will give you minimum work because they're paid minimum from the Warranty companies. Well? Not these guys. They were very responsive (12 hours from original call to AHS) and explained perfectly what had happened and what needs to be done. They had pictures and very descriptive on what may have caused the issue. Extremely happy with their work and have zero doubts of them.

Pablo came to fixed our 3 faucets that is leaking and one of the bathroom sink faucet has no hot water. Today he came back with the parts he ordered and fixed all 3. Pablo is Very professional. Thank you for fixing it.

A drain pipe from our house started spilling sewage into our crawlspace. Your house smelling like sewer is stressful. Having 2 young kids smelling sewage is level 10 stressful. I discovered this on a Friday and called HomeGuard Home Warranty. Their off-hours agent assigned another plumber to me. I looked at their Yelp Reviews and it was 2 stars. I didn't want to deal with a 2-star plumber so I asked for another one. They offered T&C (great reviews on Yelp). First thing Saturday morning, they called me back and scheduled a same day service. Pablo and his assistant showed up and discovered a river of sewage in my crawl space. Pablo referred me to a local Emergency Restoration Company (ERC) to clean up the sewage so they can access the broken drain pipe which was on the other end of the river of sewage. After ERC cleaned up the sewage (very expensive but they were able to respond quickly), Pablo and his assistant came back late Saturday to finish the job in 30 minutes. Pablo was very professional and very empathetic to my situation. He could've put me off until Monday morning but him and his assistant worked late to help me and my family. I'm very grateful.

Can't comment on the quality of work. Instead on the inability to honor commitments. We schedule a 2 hour block of time with Edwin C. through Yelp to come and give a proposal for a water softener installation. No show with no notification. Rescheduled for a few days later, again, no show with no notification.
