Love a Husband and Wife team. Very professional quoted 2 prices with 2 different methods of unclogging. Went with the cheaper one. Worked like a charm. Alex did a fabulous job Removing my old cracked ugly Undermount sink and replacing it with a stainless steel Undermount sink and new faucet. Three other plumbers/contractors told me they were unable to replace my undermount with another Undermount but could replace it with an over mount. I did not want that! finally I ran into this company and Alex came, did a thorough assessment with me and I am very grateful for his services. He was always on time and professional. I highly recommend this company

Woke up in the morning yesterday and as I was grinding my coffee and getting water to make my morning coffee, realized my sink was clogged up. I pressed the starting button of the garbage disposal however it would not turn on. I figured it was stuck so I put the hexagonal tool in the bottom to try to dislodge it and It would not turn. I tried to manually dislodge it and after taking out everything from inside the garbage disposal it still would not turn. Afraid that I was going to to break the sink, I decided to call a plumber to come help me with my problem. After spending close to 2 hours of calling multiple plumbers the earliest one would come by to see the sink was two weeks and their price was insanely high.
I continued calling plumbers and finally I contacted T & C Plumbing & Rooter INC. Their employee, Edwin, came to my residence within two hour and was extremely polite and professional. He Diagnosed the problem and within 30 minutes had the problem fixed. A nail somehow had fallen and got stuck inside the garbage disposal. He took the garbage disposal apart, took the nail out and then reattached everything together again. There was no mess and he cleaned the area spotless. Wow, I was so amazed at his efficiency and cleanliness.
Then came the price which was less than 1/2 of the price the other plumbers had quoted me and he fixed the problem the very same day. In fact, I even felt bad he was charging such a low price considering what a headache this problem was going to become.
I'm extremely happy I was able to find such an awesome plumbing company. If I could, I would instead give Edwin and the T & C Plumbing & Rooter Company 1000 stars (unfortunately only allowed to give 5).
Again, thank you dearly and I highly recommend their excellent and affordable service.

Edwin was great!! Had some miscommunication in the beginning but everything worked out well. He was efficient, polite, and was thorough on my plumbing issues. He made it to where I can understand what was wrong and what needed to be fixed.

Great service during the holidays. Called at 8:45AM for a kitchen sink clog. A tech was at the house by 10:30AM. The issue was quickly identified and resolved by the tech. I had called 8 other plumbers in the area and could not get an appointment for several days. These guys responded and fixed the issue in a couple of hours

He made good recommendation that we did not need to replace the sink and only need to clean it. He had to come to our house three times to install the faucet without extra charge because I bought the wrong faucet the first two times.

I called 10 places before calling T&C and no one could come out for a same day appointment. I called T&C and they made it out within a couple hours! 2 days before thanksgiving!! They were able to fix a pipe leak and they were reasonably priced. Highly recommend them!
